McDonald's, Warsaw MO

Always like McDonald's. It is always good food. A quick meal when out and about.
Very good

Stood at the counter for 20 minutes before I was acknowledged. Several employees saw me and ignored me. Drive thru was busy but someone could have at least said "be with you in a minute" or something.

Second time in a month going thru drive thru I have to pull all the way up and wait and no napkins in the sack when I get it.

Pretty quick service. Food looked good. Today Oct 5th Breakfast. Not so good. Hard English muffins. Had to toss 1/2 of each sandwich.

Food was great when I finally received it. Took 30 minutes and there was hardly anyone there when I got there.

Was called a name that wasn't mine being very rude to me not wearing anything over there hair had a problem with me because I was served cold and old fries and I asked for fresh fries, then they had a cook come the back to tell the manager and 2 employees that I've been standing waiting for someone to take my order for awhile after the young black woman looked at me twice and went back talk to the manager and other employee

They should have half stars to rate but I would choose even less than a half of a start for this McDonald's this McDonald's doesn't deserve a half of a star

I have made food purchases at McDonald's in Warsaw many times. The people working at McDonald's have always been efficient and friendly and the service has been great. My thanks to everyone working there for the great food and efficiency

I Bet your Franchise Owner must be Proud of All these 'Special' Employees.
This place of business, is a reflection of this whole town.

Every time we visit the drive thru and order food we have to pull forward and park. 7 cars were parked ahead of us today! We waited over 8 minutes to receive our food and the fries were COLD! What happened to fast food?

Just a question? With the heat, why would you have 6 pulled cars. It was making the poor little attendant having to carry out every order. It wasn't even noon, or your busiest time. Maybe better management. You should know the rush would be coming at 11: 45. That being said it was good food and the young lady out in the heat was very pleasant.

If you dont mind waiting for food, this is the place for you. I gave a 4 star for food because it's McDonald's, and the food is the same as always, at least what i ordered. I don't understand how management hasn't figured out that people who go to the lake usually stop in here because it's really the last fast food restaurant, so it's going to be busy. They aren't prepared for fast. Maybe it's staffing shortages or the kids that work there either way.it's slow. We shouldn't have to wait more than. 20 min for food. I had to go up and ask for a fork because we ordered pancakes, and the girl got iratated when I said, "Excuse me, can I get a fork, please? ". She rolled her eyes, and when I asked if there was a problem with her eyes, she got even more rude and tossed the fork on the counter. We realized we needed syrup, so my daughter went and asked instead because I was at my limit with attitude.

Sum it up.no I won't go back, and I only recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind a long wait. I ordered sausage McGridles and pancakes and was waiting 20 min. There were a lot of customers waiting for food.

I placed a mobile order and didn’t see a spot for a large water so when they brought my food out I said “I just called! I tried to see if I could add a large water? ” And she said “oh no” and chuckled a bit a and walked back inside. Not sure if she didn’t hear me or what but I had to go to Casey’s to get a cup of water. That’s a little crazy to me

It took 26 minutes to receive our breakfast order. There were so many workers just standing around while folks were waiting up to 30 minutes for their orders. Some serious efficiency training needs to be given at this location.

We ordered on the app at 12: 05. We pulled into the parking lot and waited almost 40 minutes for our food to come out. Most everyone in the drive thru when we passed by were long gone by the time we received our food.
