McDonald's, Columbia MO

Hey I get we are in extreme heat advisory but why is the AC not working properly? The lobby is hot hot like uncomfortable hot and the employees are drenched in sweat working in the kitchen with heat producing equipment. The least you could do is close the lobby to try to keep the store cool. This is not safe for the workers and I definitely don't want sweat dripping into my food!

Literally the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s. Staff was rude about my order and I didn’t even get my food because I was waiting so long in their line that breakfast time passed so they told me I couldn’t have my food even though I pre-paid for it on the mobile app 10/10 won’t ever use this place again

I mean it's McDonald's like most places it's going downhill quickly mostly caused by employees who don't respect or care about their job let alone have a work ethic that would make them want to be at work when supposed to be.when I was a restaurant manager the phrase I use in every interview was I'm looking for people that have bills to pay not things to do. That usually sums up the scenario of what someone's working for pay the bills but their life raised their kids, or go out and kick it and do whatever it is that you do to get messed up and that's what you're working for and when you do that you miss work a lot so no one has time for that if you're in such a rush to get off work all the time you should rethink your choice of employment.

Way slow unfriendly worst service ever and they just look at you rather than ask if you need help.

My large fry was very short but the person that helped me which was the cashier was very nice and replaced the missing fries with a small fry I was very thankful!

We live nearby this one and frequent it, but starting to drive out of the way due to the service at this location. The drive thru workers are often rude and snippy. They rarely get the order right and never have any customer service. Today (July 18) was the worst. A lot of attitude because we asked if they still had salads. So we went across the street to Taco Bell.

Worst experience ever at a mcdonalds. Food was partially wrapped and tossed in bag, no extra tartar on fish, fries were horrible, and the girl who handed me my food at the window never said one word to me, had to ask if that was all my food because they shoved 42 dollars worth of food into 2 bags. Will not be going back to this mcdonalds and will definitely let the mehle family know what happened tonight!

Dirty restaurant, filthy restroom. Employess did not acknowledge me waiting to order food. I turned around to use the ordering kiosk. The machine got stuck mid order. I tried again to order, and it remained stuck. Employees were in the back and talking to each other, working the drive thru and no one came to the front to help customers or even make eye contact. I left and went to Taco Bell across the street for my breakfast.

Waited a short time in drive through to find out their shake machine was down. This is at the time they are running the advertisements with the purple shakes!

The people are great. The service is great but they are grossly understaffed therefore it is slow it's not bad but it is very slow.

The staff were having fun and playing around and they did a fantastic job as well. The food was made correctly and was hot and tasted perfect. This was an enjoyable visit as we could hear the chatter and we knew they were having fun. It is rare now to have staff with that energy. Fantastic job you all earned 5 stars for sure.

Shameful workers. You are always forgotten, no matter how you ordered. You will stand for more than an hour and wait. Food junk.

Check your food at the window here. If they want you pull around the corner, expect to have to walk back to the window. Don't know what has been going on here lately.

Took the drive thru during construction and after ordering my food, I pulled forward to see the first window was open & the second window was closed due to construction.
The antique working the first window asked for my money and I paid her before she shut the window without telling me anything else.
I assumed they would be serving food through the same window since the other window was down due to construction and that would be the only logical explanation.
Nope, she closed the window and a random construction worker handed me my food when I pulled forward.
Whoever manages this place is a complete clown. You have random construction workers handling peoples food without any training which is a violation of Health & Human Services & the Better Business Bureau.
You may as well put him in charge, he had more customer service skills than the bums you have working there.

Edit: original review was a couple years ago but not much has changed. They still can’t get an order right and the workers are rude and always arguing with each other inside.

I went inside and had to wait almost 45 minutes for my order. Did get free fries and apple pies, but not one "sorry ".
