McDonald's, Kansas City MO

Place is FAST awesome and VERY efficient! Drive through lines may be long but u have to understand there are lots of businesses around and workers that go on lunch.but the line moves very fast.they have not let me down.great Job folks!

I have visited this store a lot in the morning before work and order the same thing and have gotten something completely different including this morning. Check your order there. Ive also gone over there in the afternoon to order a shake multiple times just to be told there machine is down.

I just got off phone withmanager and he had no concerns of my food being cold not fixed properly blamed everything on Uber. So if you order food they will fix and if it sits for 30 minutes oh well they do not care. Did not try to justify or correct the situation just my dad is in charge of delivery system and I think I know what I am doing. Absolutely horrible the way they fix the food is on Uber also. Over cooked not what you order ubers fault.

Why post hours of operation if you’re going to ignore customers when it’s close to closing time

We have a missing item or issue the few times we have been there. They fix it but with extreme attitude.

4 out of 5 stars BECAUSE the last 2 days in a row that I have been to this location. I have received some of the most polite and awesome customer service I have received from this location before. The 1 star missing is for last weekend when we came by twice and had to come bacm inside to get our ordered fixed. The young men at that time handled us like a joke. The young ladies working the window and food window the last 2 days have been FABULOUS!

Employee by the name of Rhonda AWESOME Customer Service. NOT only did I observe her work with a smile and positive attitude. AS I was leaving, I saw her outside of mc donalds helping a vision impaired women with dog cross the street to head her on her way to the direction she was headed.
This act of kindness is not seen everyday within the millennial generation and it changed my heart that there is HOPE for this group

So slow customer service was slow cashiers are rude my order has been messed up Everytime I come there bad McDonald's

They over charge me in drive thru and told me they didn't and called customer service for the refund and they sent me free hamburger cards that I never use do I had to go through the bank to disbrut the charge and they have communication barrior with English

Place was closed at 12: 30 on a Saturday night. So was the one on St. Line, and the one close to i435 and state line. Why did 3 places with 24hour drive through close all on the same night? Whatever, taco bell was open, and they were the ones who got my business. (along with the dozens of other cars looking for a place to get food, forget these Mcdonalds night managers, they cant staff a shift to save their lives).

Why is it that every night they close at random times? I try to call because of this but they won't answer the phone or they answer and hang up.

Used to love McDonald's as a child it's changed a lot over the years you could always count on your food being hot and correct every time let's put it this way that hasn't happened once in the last 20 years for me at any McDonald's hamburger without cheese. So you would like extra cheese no ketchup? $tupid

Food is hot and consistent, which is great. Not usually a long wait UNLESS it's after 10 pm (they are always short - staffed at night)

They say the Quarter Pounders made fresh but my cheese wasn't even melted I ordered a quarter pounder meal did not realize until after getting home that they supersize it without me even asking them. Meaning that they charged me for a large soda and a large fry. It was really nasty but I ate it because I was hungry.

Couldn't order tonight.same at troost. I would think they would finish talking back. Ended up at bk

It's not the food that brings me back Time After Time it's the people. They're a great crew and always happy to see me. Hot sauce please, Mary Lou.

DIdn't answer drive through when they were open at 1130pm on a Sat night. Saw two employees hanging out in the lobby.

Freezing my ass off in the Drive-Thru no one answering the drive-thru machine and guy walked away from the window right as I pulled up to try an order at the window. Waste of time so wonderful

The place is clean and wasn't busy when we visited. It's McDonald's, what else can be said. It is among the better MC'D. Order came fast and was correct.

I was doing last minute shopping and decided to grab a quick bite. Tasted good at the time but shortly after i was throwing up. And yes it was the food i ate that came back up. Not happy about being down for a bit on Christmas Eve.
