Veterans beware! With no regard or respect for your time, for the second time I have shown up for an appointment to be turned away because this staff doesn’t understand the layers of Tricare. First with my son, they couldn’t get the referral figured out, in fairness that was also a fault of his primary care doctor. However I called, scheduled my appointment- the person taking that call either wasn’t listening or has no idea how insurance work; in either the case the result was my time being wasted because again I was turned away at the time of the appointment.
If you can, try to find a team that will have enough respect for you to listen, put you on the right path and not be ok with wasting your time! For all my brothers and sisters who’ve ever put the boots on, this place is a gamble - you’ll have to be willing to test your patience before getting service.

Since birth, I have had difficulty with my vision which did not improve as I aged. Ultimately, I was facing blindness much like my Grandmother and Great Grandmother had experienced in their lives. Thankfully, I knew of these risks and found McKnight Eye Center. I attended my appointments regularly. My situation was watched carefully by Dr. Brett McKnight and surgery was performed before I lost my vision completely. Dr. Brett McKnight is a perfectionist. He not only prevented further blindness, he was able to give me better vision, through surgery, than I had ever known in my entire life. This was not guaranteed to me but he managed to make it happen with his amazing skill as a surgeon. He took his time to get it right. I highly recommend Mcknight Eye Center and Dr. Brett McKnight for vision related illnesses and disabilities. Dr. McKnight and his staff changed my life for the better and I am forever grateful.

First off, the lady I made an appointment with was very nice and courteous. I then arrived for my appointment the next day if you can believe that. The waiting room. Is set up with a water machine and kurug coffee station! I watched a little bit of Judge Judy and a family feud with sound, so that was good. I was called from the sitting room to sit with Ariel and take my eye test. She is very good and I feel completely comfortable, which I don't usually. She was very personable and thorough. Great job she put numbing stuff in my eye, and that felt really good. I then saw Dr. Brant and he is very smart and a perfect communicater. I could tell he knew everything about the eye. He talked to me the whole time, telling me what he saw in my eye, and he told me my healing plan, and I feel a huge sense of relief already. I like and respect him very much already. His assistant is Blue, and she assisted him in writing down what he saw in my eye. Afterward, Blue took me to the front desk and gave me eye drops for numbing and medicine, and she wrote on them the directoons. She seemed very focused, and I could tell they all were all most interested in my personal recovery. All in all, I'm not sure I've had a more personable/pleasurable and knowledgeable Dr's. Visit in my life! This is where I will be going and recommending. Great work!

They say they are open till 5pm but office is all ready closed at 4: 45 pm when I tried to call today on a wednesday.didnt know this place operated like that.ridiculous.
