7This vet office is the best I have found. When my aunt's small dog was attacked by the neighbors bull mastiff, they stayed there for me to bring him in even though they were technically closed. They are always great with our pets!
He is always very good to my pets. He is extremely knowledgeable. He always explains what is going on in detail and in a way that can easily be understood.
My vet would not let me have an appointment for 2 weeks for my 13 yr old pommie that wasn't eating.so my daughter referred me here. They took me in within a few days. I loved the whole staff. My baby is blind but they were very gentle when they did blood and xrays. And before every test they told me the cost. My baby is better thanks to them.
They are excellent! Would recommend to everyone. They are very nice and kind and took excellent care of my little fur baby
We went to McNeil's vet clinic but did not see Dr McNeil, just want ya to no that anyway they were extremely nice an close to appointment time so I give em 4 an 1/2 stars
Dt. McNeil is very kind & good w pets. He tells you the prices of procedures upfront. Even when it's bad news he relays it appropriately.
On June 1st I called Weber Road Vet Clinic and let them know my dog Phoebe had hurt her leg. They were able to get her in to be looked at in just a few hours. Due to the covid pandemic everyone was required to stay outside in their vehicles while our furbabies were taken inside to be attended to. The staff was amazing! Quick, caring, efficient, and friendly are just a few of the compliments that come to mind as I watched them bringing pets in and out, including taking my own dog inside. Then to my surprise, after about 30 minutes, Dr. McNeill called me on my phone to tell me what was wrong with Phoebe. He was pleasant to talk to, compassionate, and VERY informative. He let me know what was wrong with her and what he was going to do. A short time later I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw Dr. McNeill himself bringing Phoebe out to my vehicle. He could have just said here she is and turned around and went back inside, but no, he took the time to stand out by my vehicle and talk to me about her condition. It made me feel like my dog was the only one there when in fact he pretty much had a full house.
If you are looking for a Veterinarian and supporting staff that are genuinely caring, compassionate, informative, friendly, and efficient, then Weber Road Vet Clinic is the place I HIGHLY recommend!
