17Over all we enjoyed living there. There was a lot of turn over right before we moved. Never got to know the new people but the old ones were great. If you need a place to live check them out
I have lived here for 2 years and have had zero issues until yesterday. My AC stopped cooling and maintenance arrived immediately. A few hours later when the quick fix didn't work, I left a message on the after hour line and Britni was here quickly and resolved the issue. Appreciate the quick resolution in this heat.
Lived here for a year and loved it! Community is clean, nice floor plans for the apartments, nice appliances/kitchen etc.extremely worth the money! Only had one issue with our dishwasher and maintenance came and fixed the issue very quickly! Overall I highly recommend. No issues from me.
I Currently live here the staff is friendly and so is maintenance John always comes thru positive and correct anything and answers any questions or concerns I might have
I put in my maintenance request today for my garbage disposal not working. John came out-same day- and solved my problem right away! He’s always prompt, very professional, and practices social distance standards. Thanks again John for all you do not only for my requests, but around the property as well! Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!
John is great! He is incredibly safe and helpful with all maintenance concerns. He explains everything thoroughly as well!
Nice place to live. Been here 2 years and they’ve treated us well. New construction when we moved in, so the building is in great shape. The small things have always been resolved quickly. Thanks to the maintenance staff for all the help, Dave and John and great!
We just ended our year lease with this apartment & I was so sad to leave. We had nothing but great experience with the staff & complex - 10/10 recommend!

I am a resident and I was having a problem with the temperature of my water. John came right in and fixed the issue! John even pointed out the weak water pressure and took the initiative to inform me about the issue and fixed it with no problem.
Our A/C was acting up and Marty was out to fix it within an hour on a Sunday. He had it fixed quickly and took care of another maintenance item that he noticed needed to be done. The staff here are courteous and always quick to solve problems! The apartments are nice and up to date. They are also easy to clean which is a big bonus for those of us with kids. The pool is amazing and we are walking distance from Veterans Tribute Park.
John the maintenance guy retrieved my necklace from my bathroom sink. I accidentally dropped it down the sink. I was in tears. He got it out for me! He was fast and efficient! Thank you so much, John.
Personally, I wouldn’t trust “John the maintenance supervisor” in my apartment without being present.

Love the pool and new hammocks! So cool and nice to look at! Complex is pet friendly, my cats love the balcony! So happy.thanks for the awesome apartment!
This place has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. For two days in a row, I have called numerous times, left a voice message and went to the leasing office at 4pm. I have yet to get a response. Adjust the hours on the site; you DO NOT close at 6pm. I even knocked on the door to the leasing office. This is extremely unprofessional and not a great way to attract new possible tenants. From the looks of it, the new management/owner is more occupied with responding to reviews than they are with responding to actual people who want to rent. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
