Ok not great, was told I was too early, get out of line till everyone else registered. Dr.was pleasant, as always. Still trying to find out about statin.

The care givers are fantastic very personable but, I have been coming here for years, so I'm little biased.

Andrea nurse practioner was very through and detailed oriented. Very professional, she explained everything to me. To make sure I'm on track set up an appointment for three months to go over labs etc.

I would like to express my gratitude with a HUGE THANK YOU to Tina Timoteo and the on-call doctor, Dr. Elliot Franks, for assisting me with what I thought was a simple med check question the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Their prompt and precise feedback more than likely saved my life!

After I followed their recommendation to visit the ER, I found out I had a pulmonary embolism, which can cause instant death.

I am forever grateful for their quick response and taking my call after all the rest of the staff had already left for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

I would also like to thank Tina for being so patient with me and diligent with all of my concerns and questions through the patient portal and phone calls from mid-November to mid-December. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes her job seriously.

She is so caring and friendly! I am blessed to have had her in my life this past month. Without her, I may not be here anymore.

I would also like to thank the ladies at the front check in desk for their warm and friendly attitudes. And Dr. Douidar for taking the time to answer all of my questions during this new, critical medical stage in my life.

The staff is friendly and professional, all of my questions are answered thoroughly. It is very convenient to have the lab right there and I have never waited past my appointment time! I highly recommend this facility!

I had a very good experience from checkin to check out, The Front Desk Staff Was Very Professional And Courteous, And My Provider Dr. Radhika Mathur Was Very Professional And Understanding and A Wonderful Bedside Manner, I Would Highly Recommend The Medical Group Of Kansas City And Dr. Radikal Mathur!

Dr. Was okay as usual. My problem was with the laboratory service. According to the sign in sheet, the previous patient was signed in 30 min prior to my time. I waited 20 min before going to the desk to ask what was the time frame for checking the sign in sheet.
The front desk called them and a person came to call me back.

There was an obvious attitude. The tasks performed was superb but I did not appreciate the attitude.

My overall experience was actually a 5 but it aggravates me, and exposed to me to unwarranted risk, to ask me to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment. I ended up waiting 35 minutes. I have an autoimmune disease and even though I'm fully vaccinated for COVID, I am still at high risk to catch it. Please change this dumb policy.

Scheduled a new patient appointment online. Got a call the next day stating it was canceled due to no-showing an appt. I’ve never been to this office or seen any provider in this network. I recently acquired the HCA employee insurance and was trying to find an in-network provider close to home. I had an appt elsewhere within HCA last week, showed up to the appt just to be told they don’t see new patients at that scheduled time. Seems to me this online portal scheduling is the main issue. I will just stick to my
Previous provider through KU and pay extra. At least I know I’m being treated fairly and not getting my appointments canceled days before or the day of. HCA sucks when it comes to customer service.

Np Kim Nagel has offered the highest quality of care I’ve ever received and consistently! She’s quick and to the point without making me feel rushed, I’ve seen the biggest improvement in health under her care and would recommend her to anyone!

Every step from check in through the blood test was done quickly and efficiently. Since I am not a new patient, my paper work was mostly filled out and just had to be approved. The doctor and nurses are great!

I am so grateful for nurse practitioner Kim Nagel. Her and her assistant are the best. She takes time to hear your concerns and gives you great feedback. She never rushes always hear me out and get to the bottom of my visit. I always leave feeling better oh I don't want to leave out the ladies upfront that check you in always so pleasant.

Dr. Dahl listens and advises objectively.
Rx refill are returned timely.
Most of the front desk staff are great.
My family, mother, daughter and late spouse are/ were all patients at my referral

I have seen Dr. Mathur at the Kansas City Medical Group for approximately six years. The staff and facilities are very good. Dr. Mathur has a great manner with me both professionally and personally. She always explains in detail her diagnosis and treatment plan to obtain my buy in. She always listens to my concerns and responds to same without hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend her and her practice to anyone seeking a new internal medicine physician.

I now have seen Dr. Mathur for almost seven years. She is the best doctor, both personally and professionally, that I have ever dealt with. She is always attentive to my concerns and addresses them at the time I raise them. Her responses are both logical and fact based as well as being delivered in a personable manner. I always feel that she is truly interested in helping me improve the health issues that I am dealing with. Additionally, all of the Medical Group of Kansas City staff (nurses and administrative staff) are professional, personable and responsive. I have made great progress in improving my health condition and, consequently, reducing my reliance and use of medication. Dr. Mathur has been instrumental in helping me understand the benefits of taking action to improve my health.
