I called with an issue. I got great response on the phone and immediate help. They had technicians out same day to resolve the issue. And I am very grateful. They all did a wonderful job!

My instructor was very pleasant, patient and kind. She did a great job at thoroughly explaining how to operate and use my CPAP Machine.

Difficult to reach them by phone. This can be frustrating for people who may have limitations to start with. My wife was nearly in tears.after a 45 minute wait trying to order needed supplies.

I can’t get through to anybody on the phone. I’m holding for two times over 10 minutes. My lunch hour is wasted. It’s so frustrating.

Husband was prescribed oxygen during sleep after a stroke. Upon discharge MW supplied a tank with only 4 hours of oxygen (not even enough to get us through the night). We were told by both hospital and Medicare advocate oxygen was covered. As soon as we got home, MW called to say it was not covered. We have a paperwork mistake somewhere that no one seems to care about correcting. Spent all day trying to get a resolution. So far, none. I will keep trying again tomorrow but will not use MW going forward. I advise highly against MW. Their cut and paste replies to reviews is a joke since they won’t even fix issues before a review.

2-year wait on a portable oxygen machine. Was supposed to be delivered September 3rd. Then the 4th. Then told 2 weeks, then 2 more weeks, now 2 more weeks. Brittany is dodging phone calls and not fulfilling promises. Disgusting!

It’s taken over 4 weeks and I still don’t have an appointment to either pick it up or have it set up. This is the worst place I’ve dealt with in over 30 years in the healthcare field.

The ER Dr. Is just not a nice guy. But as far as the nursing staff in the ER and 4th floor was AMAZING!

You will never find a worse company to deal with. Their service is so bad it's it's almost laughable. I dealt with this company over 10 years for my cpap supplies only because I could not find another that tock insurance in my area. In that time you could count on one hand the number of orders that were correct. Multiple phone calls EVERY month just to get the same supplies you get every month. Either they ship the wrong thing over and over or it never shows up and they say they have no record of the order. No business could be this bad, but this place is worse than that.
It should be a comedy. No one can screw up this much for so long, and show no sign of improvement. I have no idea how they stay in business. Stay as far away as possible.

From May 25 2023 to Aug 22 2023 had the worst sleeping! I went to Medical West 4-5 times, they tried to give me the right mask, to no avail. They should attend to the person right away when they get their 1st appointment and afterwards so they don’t have to wait months

The gentleman I worked with initially was polite and helpful. My experience following the initial consultation/fitting has been all down hill from there.

I spoke to a representative and explained (more then once) that I did not need anymore supplies and I would reach out to them if/when I did. I officially requested to be taken off the automatic order list and told them to cease any further withdraws (more then once), however this did not happen. I continued to be billed for things which I was told today by Cindy - the only person I've spoken to within this company who was helpful - I should not have been.

Anytime, besides today when I spoke with Cindy, the representatives have been short, rude and literally ignorant. I've been hung up and spoken to as if I was the problem.

I was informed today I'll need to wait approximately 10 days for my funds to be credited to my account. Only then can I callback and request them to be refunded via check which seems asinine and just another step which I'm sure will end in frustration.

I would definitely suggest doing business elsewhere. According to many other reviews, I'm not the only one.

EDIT: writing this weeks after my original review…. They have now sent me another bill. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND FRUSTRATION. DO NOT WORK W THIS COMPANY!

Medical West is an absolute high integrity vendor. The service is excellent and very responsive. Dan and Sade provide excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. Thank you Medical West for all of your support.

The only thing I really don’t like about Medical West is it is very hard to get a hold of people. They rarely answer the phone and if you have a nebulizer, good luck it will take you three months before you finally get somebody to answer! Once you’re able to reach someone, the items are delivered quickly& efficiently and alway to the right door.

Can never get anyone to answer the phone. I am calling from a doctors office to check on a patients medical equipment. We have to find another company to use for our patients. Poor service.

I have had nothing but problems with medical west. My supplies are never on time, my insurance is charged wrong and you get sent to several people who never have answers. If you are due supplies, good luck. This business will not survive much longer. Word is getting out.

They bill you for your balance after insurance BEFORE insurance pays. I wonder how many poor people have sent payments when their out of pocket is met. I am so sick of getting fake bills and having to call every month.

A one star is being generous. Yesterday my 87 year old mother was told her phone call could not be returned because the individual who handles her request was OFF. Her portable oxygen machine is NOT working. She requires this to breathe as she walks from her apartment to a dining area that is quite a distance. Obviously she can't carry a tank or stretch her tubing from her oxygen concentrator across the building! The customer service does not exist. Every time she has a request she's put on terminal hold, transferred to a million people who have no answers. Unfortunately Medical West is her C-Pap supplier as well. They have been completely useless in helping her with her supplies. Services that are supposed to be routine DO NOT HAPPEN. Her medical doctors will be informed again, this is not a company to recommend for patient care.

I really love and appreciate Medical West staff especially Andre (Dre) I remember my breathing machine stopped working at 2am in the morning. I call Medical West emergency number and they sent out Dre he came out and help me with no problem.

Need written instructions for equipment. Especially for old people, way too complicated without help. Too heavy for weak old people. Called office to get extra portable. Said they didnt know if insurance would pay. I asked them to check and they never got back.
