Went in to look at windows and the woman acted as if I was was not able to build a $450,000-$500,000 home. Your loss Meeks. FYI: I don't dress to impress your employees. Thanks

We went there with an appointment to look at windows. They refused to bid the windows we were interested in, citing they were "too expensive". They were pushing us to change our plans from 7 ft windows to 6 ft windows, but we are building our dream home and wanted the 7 ft windows. Allison said at least 4 times it was out of our budget.but she didn't know our budget. We intended to use them for our entire build, but went with another company who wanted our business. Made the mistake of going back, as there was a front door there I wanted. We agreed to the price and said yes on ordering. Unfortunately, they didn't order the door.three weeks later we found out. Ryan the manager was contacted, and said he wanted to "make it right" and would get back with us, to try to expidite the door. Never heard from him again. We ordered our front door from another company. All in all, I've never been treated so poorly by a company. Would not recommend them. It was very disapointing.

Called to see about getting some tongue and groove cedar boards. Called the bolivar location first and they advised for me to give the design center a call. Spoke with Janna, explained to her that we are cladding something and that we were needing tongue and groove board and she cuts me off halfway through and says “I don’t know anything about this. ” I said I know I don’t expect you to I’m calling for the first time. Has me reexplain what I explained and then just goes over it again that the design center doesn’t do that. That’s fine if the design center doesn’t do it. But don’t cop an attitude with me. I’m the customer calling you for advice and you are so wholly upset that you didn’t have a heads up that you were getting a call that was advised to call the wrong place. It’s not my fault. Or your fault. So stop getting an attitude and just help me because I assume that’s what you’re paid to do. Bad listening and awful customer service. After she realized that I wasn’t jumping down her throat and was simply asking a question she graciously said “I can transfer you over there that’s no problem…” then trailed off into how it was a misunderstanding. It would not have been a misunderstanding if you would have listened to begin with rather than cut me off and jump down my throat. Imagine how I feel after having a less than 3 minute conversation with this woman and I’m compelled enough to write this review. Absurd. Just help your customers.

Excellent customer service! Jennifer is a rockstar with windows and doors! The guys did a great job as well. Highly recommend for your housing needs!

I will never do business with Meeks again and would recommend no one else do the same. I purchased new windows doors and siding for my home. I had picked up the windows doors and one pallet of siding. Witch was mostly the trim and corner peaces a few boxes of siding. Well anyway to make a long story short. I still had most the siding at the store and my house burned to the ground. So I go to the store talk to them tell them I'm dealing with insurance and don't even have a truck to pick up my siding that I had payed for they say no problem its fine here. But it wasn't. They decide to sale my siding I payed for and will not replace it. I have talked to Ryan the manager at the design center in Springfield MO. And he said they would replace it. Thats the last thing he said over 4 months ago now he will not take my calls or return them he is a lier and I feel they are thieves

The glass window in our front door was cracked. We needed to replace it but could not find a replacement since the door was 14 years old. Charles Cross at Meeks took on our dilemma, found us a replacement, and best of all he confirmed the glass was still under warranty. He went above and beyond to help us!

They are probably wonderful with large projects, however, for a simple door replacement. Not the best experience.
