Great customer service. The appointment time was met within ten 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now because it’s not easy to find a trustworthy mechanic, but Gary and the rest of the team have earned my loyalty. The customer service is always great and I trust they only do the work that’s actually necessary on my vehicle.

Took the vehicle in because of a rattling noise suspected caused by the exhaust system. The staff identified the problem which had nothing to do with the exhaust system and did not charge for the time spent identifying the problem. They definitely have my business in the future. Good and trustworthy shops are hard to find.

I am so grateful for Gary! I picked up a nail in my tire with my kids in the car. I called Meineke frantic because the 10 other places I called had no time to fix my tire. Gary to the rescue! Although they were very busy, Gary told me to come in (he didn’t want me driving home with my babies in the car) and had me in and out within 20 minutes. I seriously cannot thank him enough- Also! I will be going to Meineke now for my services! Their prices, quality of work, employees and rewards program are the BEST in town!

These guys always seem to do good work but they are way to busy, it’s hard to even get in their parking lot because they have so much backed up work.

Out of respect and my appreciation for Gary I will not share my true thoughts because my first two experience were so amazing! However, I'm a Social Worker by trade but even I know there has to be an exhaust leak going on with my 2012 Highlander. After completing the oil change and upgrading the spark plugs and checking my ignition coils as instructed by the mechanic and manager I spoke with yesterday I'm still have issues with acceleration. You can hear the noise coming from under my car. I'm not sure of the manager's name I spoke with Monday morning but I just can't believe a mechanic at this wonderful establishment drove my vehicle Friday or Saturday and not hear the noise my car is making will driving. Exhaust fumes are coming into my vents and going up hill or over 40mph is still struggle. I will be going to Dobbs on Friday. Extremely disappointed but, Im grateful for Gary and the mechanic that replaced my catalytic converter last year. Hope everyone else experience is better than my last one! ️

My girlfriend and I have always had a great experience with Gary at Meineke but we will no longer be going here as it seams if he's not helping you, you will have a bad experience. I made an appointment on a Thursday to get my car inspected on Friday, when I dropped off my car they told me should take 3-4 hours, after not receiving a call all day I called in right before they closed and he asked if they could get to my car first thing Saturday morning, I said this is totally fine. I never received a call all Saturday aswell, and then Meineke is closed on Sunday so what should have been 3-4 hour job has taken now 3 days with zero updates. On Monday (the fourth day they had the car) I assumed I would definitely get a call, after waiting half the day I decided to call and check in and he said it failed one inspection, they said they will call in 20 minutes for a estimate on the parts and labor, after waiting 4 hours with no call I decided again to check on my car and I asked to just pick up my car as I was very unimpressed with there professionalism. I headed up to Meineke and payed for both inspections and went to take my car somewhere else that respects people’s time and when I got in my car they had left a mess across my dash and driver seat. I called and asked if they could do anything for me like a refund, coupon, free oil change, anything so I didn’t have a bad experience and all he could say is I don’t know what you want. They did offer to vacuum the mess they made but I declined as I was afraid this job could take 5 times as long as they told me like everything else. I hope they can return to the quality of work that I have always experienced here in the past.

Amazing staff! Was acknowledged upon entering even though there was a line. Diagnosis and repairs were done promptly while keeping me informed.

Why is it that even when u have a apointment but u eave the car its never done till the end of the day? Not only this shop but all shops seem to do this.

The shop manager, Gary, is fantastic! He takes the time to explain what is needed in everyday language. He is patient and kind while figuring out the course you want to take with your vehicle. I highly recommend this shop!

I have an aftermarket pulley on my Cadillac CTS-V; the serpentine belt fell off of it due to a back up of the pulley and it shredded. It took a week; but they fixed my car once a repair was determined and I was able to keep my aftermarket pulley! She drives great! Gary was very helpful and kept up communications!

They pdid a emissions test on my car I was in-and-out in less than 30 minutes. The employees are very friendly very clean building. Would recommend them to everybody

Gary is super knowledgeable and up front. He presented and answered questions I didn't think to ask. Super great place.

They did a full synthetic oil change and accepted a coupon, but way overcharged me for the labor for switching from my normal tires to winter tires (we provided both).

Anytime I’ve been to this Meineke, Gary and John and their crew do a great job! They are honest, informative, and treat me kindly. They do such a good job, I return for maintenance even though we’ve moved from the area!

I was off to the races running errands and my car completely died! I had to pull over and call and wait for a tow truck. The tow truck operator suggested I take it to Meineke and I had the best experience ever! They told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost up front. I highly recommend this location!

Went to get a power window replacement. Right off the bat, Gary was incredibly kind and professional. Gave me a decent idea as to what it would cost. Turned out being a bit more than either of us expected because of it being a special part, but I was told we'll before the repair was done a proper quote and a timet get done. I was happy to get it repaired properly despite the cost and it was finished faster than expected. Genuinely appreciate the courtesy and professionalism that Gary and his team has. Definitely plan on coming back for future repairs.
