The staff were wonderful caring people. Whatever was needed done they were able to do it. Glad I chose them. Anything I needed they were there to help and answer any questions I had. They showed compassion and dignity.

Staff was very helpful and understanding. We appreciated the time given to allow us to make decisions and the guidance to make the choices that suited our aims.

Memorial Funeral Home was there for my family all the way. I felt Clay Vogel worked all weekend for just me and my family. Kim was friendly and easy to talk to and very helpful.

I had a vague idea about what I needed to do to set up my "end-of-life" instructions so I got in touch with Sara McKinzie at this funeral home. Since I already had a grave site reserved in the veterans section, I needed to finalize details. Sara was the best person I could ever work with regarding these details. She was patient with me, thoroughly answering all my questions while providing insight into things I had not considered and offering alternative suggestions. She was respectful and professional the way she reacted to my questions as elementary and basic as they were. She has a wealth of knowledge about the funeral home, the services they offer and what legally can and can not be done. Sara is a valuable asset for Memorial because she provides outstanding customer service. She has a friendly, empathetic demeanor in that she wants to help people and is there for families who are going through stressful, difficult times. Although I was there only to finalize plans, no one really wants to think and plan for the end-of-life event but it eases the burden on those remaining family members when all details are planned and paid for ahead of time. Sara made an otherwise unpleasant topic much more tolerable. I am completely satisfied with the plan I put together with Sara's help and guidance.

My father met with Sara the year before he passed away. (This was shortly after my mother passed and she helped us with my mother's service.) She helped him get everything exactly as he wanted it. Sara and my father really connected during that time.

A year later, everything was smoothly executed. It was wonderful to see her at his graveside service.

Courteous and kind people helping me make hard arrangements so when the times come I'm not completely overwhelmed with decisions and costs. Thanks for helping me get just what I needed.

I am glad that I took the step of pre-arranging my funeral plans; it is a way to preserve my wishes and relieve my family of the task when the time of need finally arrives. When we laid my brother John to rest in Memorial Park in 1986 it was like a pristine flower garden and pretty much the same with Mom in 1996. But by the time we lost Dad in 2019 it had gone down hill with weird little crypts advertised as "available", etc. I'm going to have to ride herd on them (again) to replace the flower urn Mom and Dad long since paid for.

Excellent services and they truly are accommodating to all the details. Sara McKenzie (Family Service Counselor) goes above and beyond to comfort and arranging for final preparations for individuals. She puts ones mind at ease when making difficult decisions. Thank you for your dedicated services.

Sara at Memorial has been a loving presence for me. She has guided me through the necessary steps of funeral arrangements and helped me find the perfect memorial monument, right down to the flowers in the vase. She has always been available when I needed her. Her attitude is nothing short of professionalism with kindness, compassion, and hugs added in. We have become friends and I am thankful for her.

Recently we met with Sara Mckinzie at Memorial to pre plan our funerals. She went above and beyond making this process easy. She was quite respectful during our time with her. Sara was knowledgeable and precise. If she was not certain she got the answers in a very timely manner. We would recommend Sara to anyone for this process.

I would like to thank the folks at Dignity Memorial for their kindness and thoughtfulness during the planning process for my wife's services as well as with the services. We had a visitation and funeral mass in Columbia, then a second visitation and mass in eastern Missouri. The staff did a wonderful job with both sets of services.
