Pure theft!

This company has been unprofessional and slimy since taking over this current property.it’s been 7 years of peace with no problems until this unorganized, horribly managed group came into the picture 2 years ago.they have over- charged me multiple times on my account leading to them then demanding hundreds of dollars in “late fees” after an error was on their end from the start. You can’t call their office directly, the number provided is for an answering service that takes a message and someone will call you back within a couple days. To resolve important issues you have to argue with a woman named Kris. Every simple request turns into an argument instead of a conversation. After the last payment issue on their end, not only did i not receive an apology for their error but they denied my rental payment for the later month causing $100 in further fees (which i paid because i felt that i had no choice) all while transferring my account to a different company and “displacing” over $800 worth of rent THEN adding almost $700 in “late fees” for the “misplaced rent”! It’s insane and criminal.to sum it up this company will argue and steal from hard working, rent paying tenants.i just had to warn y’all as i’m perusing actual legal action.i’ve been renting for about a decade and i’ve never had this experience from any other “property management company”. There is something seriously wrong going on there.

THESE PEOPLE STOLE MY RENT MONEY!

These people attempted to steal thousands of dollars under the disguise of “late fees”. I gave them over $800 for my august rent, Meramac valley properties took my rent payment but never gave it to the owner then transferred my account to a different property company while deactivating my online portal to hide the evidence of my payment. This people are ghetto and criminal. I will update as I pursue legal action. If you were thinking about using this company. DONT DO IT! I didn’t have a choice but they will try to rob you for everything you have!

I had a very pleasant experience working with a very nice and sweet lady named Chris, very helpful, understanding and and just a person with a heart, I recommend dealing with her for the most successful experience
