This service center was extremely prompt getting me in and out when I dropped off & picked up my vehicle. The work was done properly and completed within the time estimated. My service manager was already aware of recall notices before I arrived, and made accommodations for those repairs as well. I felt like they really cared about me and my vehicle.
I love this dealership and buying my car was painless and quick. Kirk gets 5 stars for customer service and having all the paperwork prepared when I went to pick up my vehicle. He also made sure I had a loaner car to drive while I was waiting for mine to come in. Great experience.
The dealership went ABOVE and BEYOND when I purchased my Mercedes Benz! I arrived just as the dealership was closing. Ritchie Sexton (certified sales consultant) and his MGR did a promising job of keeping me HAPPY! Everything was as promised also full overview walk around and details of how the car operates before I drove off the lot! This is how car buying should be! They ship me a car with a rock chip on the hood, I have repeatedly asked for the paperwork regarding the extended warranty I purchased and have received nothing. No information regarding title registration either.

I've called twice trying to set up an appointment to bring my Mercedes in for a recall. The person answering the phone sends my call to the appropriate department (I guess this is where my call is going anyway) only to leave a message. I leave a very detailed message but have yet to receive a call back. I guess my safety is not a priority.
My sales professional, Josh Keenan, was knowledgeable, friendly and fantastic to work with in my car buying experience. I recently worked with Scott Sweat on purchasing a vehicle and he made the deal very easy! The older I get the less I want to hassle, a bad transaction can ruin the enjoyment of the vehicle all together for me. He had a no BS approach and we were in and out with our new car right away.
JC was a good salesman to work with, no hassle on buying anything. He was trying to find a ride that everything I was looking for, unfortunately they didn’t have what I wanted but I’d do business with him in the future.
