Called at 8: 20 am on 11/28/22 I was on hold for 25 minutes until someone finally picked up only to say there were no appointments because too many people were out sick. If I needed care to go to one of the urgent care facilities. I went to an urgent care facility only to be turned away. We don’t do that procedure here you will have to go to the emergency room. I don’t understand why urgent care facilities are for other than covid testing are a cold. As big as the mercy network is is pretty sad service.

Even with an email confirmation about date and time. Drove an hour and a half to get there only to be told it was canceled! We've been waiting for this appointment for months. We certainly would NOT have canceled. Having one form of transportation and trying to make arrangements for my Mother in Law, with Alzheimers to be taken care of while we were gone, was rough enough.

The Doctors, nurses and desk staff @ the office are great. BUT. They can't seem to get the billing right, ever! Paid a bill off and they applied it to another one 3 times and sent it to collections. Took almost a year to get straight. Now I'm having a procedure done and they call to pre register. They have my name, number and insurance co, And they cut me off the phone, then they don't call back. Isn't there job to operate a phone? Honestly. It seems NO one in clerical can do they're job!

I see a couple of doctors here. I have lived here for 3 yrs and have never waited past my appointment time to see my doctor. The staff and doctors are very pleasant and professional. I’ve never felt rushed. My husband has had the same experiences with his physicians. We moved here from a huge metropolitan area where it was normal to wait an hour past your appointment time to see the doctor, and then feel like you’re in a cattle call being pushed through a revolving gate. There is no consideration for patients’ time. They triple book their apppointment slots. It was maddening. Mercy has been such a pleasant surprise.

I have several medical conditions, I am in slot of pain all the time. After slot of sleepless nights I called for help from my primary, he told me there is nothing he can do, I am so frustrated that he will not help me, I have been going to him for years, I guess I have to be in pain and he will not help me. I thought drs where suppose help not refuse to help.

Husband is having a procedure on his leg, he is very hard of hearing and doesn't always understand what they are telling him. I have always been allowed to go inside with him. Was just told that is no longer an option. Patient only. There are times that the patient needs help understanding, and for that right to be refused is unacceptable!

I've been using mercy for my primary doctor most of my life and the past 2 times I've tried to make appointments for pain, I've had issues with making the appointments. The receptionist at the Washington Patients First isn't helpful or knowledgeable. She also isn't very friendly. I can see why doctor's and patients are going elsewhere.

They refuse to honor their office hours. Tell you it's illegal to see you because your Dr left their group. When you do convince them to let you see a new Dr they schedule you 6 months out so you run out of medicine before you get seen and can't get refills until your seen.

When I called the office, the clerical told me I could come to the walk in clinic. I drive 13 miles there. Wait several minutes for someone to talk to me. Then she tells me my doctor is no longer with them and I had to make a decision right then if I'm staying with them or not. I said I just found this out so I will have to call my insurance. Basically, regardless of the fact I have insurance and could have paid out of pocket, they sent a sick person to Urgent care because I couldn't give them an on demand answer. It's all about the benjamins.
