I made an appointment and arrived Early. I still waited over 35 mins. Including 20 Minutes past my scheduled appointment time. This is highly Unacceptable. And no one communicates. Im a mercy Employee, and have been treated in this manner. So what should non employees expect. This is not a good look at all. Catherine McAuley would NOT be pleased.

Dr. Shetty is a wonderful, thoughtful, and caring doctor and the only reason I continue to put up with this office. The lack of organization is very frustrating and it's often borderline impossible to get through the phone system. For some reason they don't have any business hours posted and I was just hung up on 3 times while trying to get through. 2 rings and hung up on. It's all the back end organization that's so infuriatingly, poorly front.

This is where I go to see my PCP. The building is older but easy to get around. There's an elevator on the main floor. Lab work is done in the lower level. Doctor's offices are on the first two floors. There are restrooms on every floor, which is nice when you're trying to get in and out on a schedule.

There's a directory on the main level as you walk in that tells you where you need to go. There are restrooms on that floor as well, and surprisingly, water fountains that aren't blocked off or turned off despite the pandemic. I wish they would do away with those and install a vending area with bottled water and juices. But I usually have a reusable bottle with me and manage to get it full at the sink in the restroom.

Our family have been long time patients at Southwest Medical. Since Mercy took over it is so frustrating to get a message to the Dr's office. It took 2 days and 3 phone calls later to get a simple answer for my question. This is a medical facility. Never thought it would be addressed in this unacceptable manner. So disappointed.

The CEO of Mercy should be forced to stay on hold for 10-15 minutes and listen to that infernal music. Maybe it will change. Please! Someone with some common sense get this system working!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kulkarni for years. He is always very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. Everything I want out of my Dr.

This place is very unprofessional. So I tried to find my Mother a primary care after being released from hospital. I thought we set up for a virtual at 4: 45 on 4/28 so approximately 4: 53 I tried to call office to see if issues were on our end our there end, well I get a recording that the office is closed 7 min prior to 5pm. So I go back to the MY Chart app.schedule an in office for the next day 04/29 at 11: 45 am. Great! I let my sick elderly mother know the good news. Well we get a call a hour before the appointment from a nurse stating see won't be seen by Dr. Budd because she missed the virtual, well no one was in office to notify about the virtual issues as they closed early. This is sad if you have to many patients just say that stop taking new one's at your convenience!

I called the office different times to ask about my Covid-19 test but I waited more than 10 minutes most of the time of my calls. It is not a office super busy to answer a call and speak for couple minutes. I am really unsatisfied about that.
