Rude staff at front desk. They cut you off when you are answering their questions. The doctor did not complete a thorough examination of the patient. Showed no interest or care for the patient's concerns and was profoundly dismissive. Did not listen to lungs, heart, nor examined other areas of patients' skin (primary complaint) until advocated by family to do so. Then checked the patient's back skin. Doctor did not provide any information or forms or documentation on prescription they prescribed the patient or note that patient was seen. 5 minutes maybe after 30-40 minute wait. Will never recommend nor return. Horrible care.

Visited Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care yesterday and was told come in the next morning. Dr. Weilert was very patient and attentive. She let me know what might be the cause. Receptionist Passiyan was respectful and polite.

Despite being very booked and almost at closing hours, the clinic was able to accommodate me and saved me from a very painful sore throat with the upcoming Thanksgiving. A huge thank you to the Alsa (front desk MA) and the provider I saw (I can't remember the name). They were both amazing.

Dr Tran was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, has great bedside manners. Going to the urgent care saved me as I didn’t have to wait to see my regular doctor and was treated that day.

Our visit went very quickly and we were diagnosed, given directions and back home in 30 minutes or less.

Professional care givers in a clean environment. The ease of making an appointment. Quick testing and diagnosis with medication.

Quick, personable, professional, great communication. Maybe I hit it at a best time, IDK. What I do know is that they were all helpful to my concerns. Nope, I wasn't cured right then and there but well advised on how to weather my health storm in addition to medication information. Thank you, thank you, this is 3 days later and I'm over the hump (8daystotalfeelinglikecrap). Now much better.

The nurses and the doctor were really great, and they make sure to make my son feel better and get better they also explained everything going on with him and everything I should do with it at home, they were really great. I thank them very much.

Great service as soon as I walked in the door from entry administrator, health attendant & doctor everyone was calming, efficient, happy, on time but most of all helped me with my issue. Run to this place!

I went in for a covid test; I've had it once before and being in the upper age category, I had a good many questions which the doctor answered to my satisfaction.

I have received appropriate care from the friendly and efficient staff. As a visitor from out-of-state, I have been grateful for this facility when needed.

Had covid and pneumonia the doctor went above and beyond. She even called checked on me the day after my visit.

made an appointment for the next day. I did not have my insurance card on me, I have insurance through mercy.
I even told them I could bring it later they refused care and demanded money upfront.

They have the option to schedule an appointment time, and then very little wait after I arrived and checked in. Friendly, helpful staff. I like this place way better than TAUC
