6They are wonderful. I was in there four times in April. My sister broke her arm, I tore a calf muscle and then my child broke her leg. Each time they were kind and caring. I will recommend them to everyone.: D
Staff was great, but, was told my IOVERA INJECTION was covered by my VA MEDICAL ins. When I drove out there they told me that now VA does not pay for it, and I would have to pay $ 850.00 up front if I wanted the pain relieving injection before surgery!
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Swango for the emergency appointment, quick diagnosis, and surgery on my husband. One of his nurses Mikayla was so kind, attentive, and made sure he had everything he needed. I can't say enough good things about her. I ordered food for the evening meal. Rates are reasonable and the food is very good. It's a nice, quiet clean hospital.
Dr. Manthe did my husband's total hip replacement surgery on his birthday made sure he got a cake she is an excellent doctor/surgeon my husband was up and walking the same day thank you to Dr. Manthe and to his nurses Brittani and the other ones he feels much better
My stay at Mercy Ortho Hospital was amazing! The staff members are 1st class, professional and intelligent! I give my experience and stay a 5 star rating. Everyone made my stay a pleasant memory. If you have to have surgery, this is the hospital to stay at. The food was delicious and looks amazing. Their cleanliness was spotless! Dr. Alan Scarrow again, you have shown your excellence. Your skill level and reassurance have made my fear of surgery less painful in everyway. We need more men like you in the world. You are an amazing human being!
