Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital of St. Louis, Chesterfield MO

As a former patient in this hospital, I cannot give a higher recommendation for care and hospitality I received. Every employee, from the assistants to the therapists, did everything they could to provide the best care possible. While my stay was due to unfortunate circumstances, there is no other place I trust more to provide care than this hospital. The therapists thought of me more than just a patient. They talked, joked with, and treated me beyond what can be expected from them. I attribute my recovery to the extensive care I received from them and will recommend them to anyone unfortunate enough to be in similar circumstances to me.

Shift changes and weekends are not great. But besides that, I have received the greatest care, the food is exceptional. The wound care experts will give you the best care possible. And daily communications with your doctor help.

I would not advice working at this facility. It was fine at first, then we had weeks of inaccurate schedules and problems with the scheduling app. Which then escalated to pay issues. I know of several people who were paid incorrectly. The same lack of organization from management which led to these problems in the first place, led to weeks and months dragging out, for the late pay to be issued. I also heard of a recent lawsuit from nurses who had breaks discounted, despite of not being able to take them. DO NOT WORK HERE
