4This is the second time I have had to use this facility 5 years ago for a stroke and when I most recently messed up my hip and leg. This place is a god send for those of us that live close to Ozark and Nixa. It clean and the staff is top notch the food is good. I can't say enough about the staff both times I was there they went above and beyond and the amazing thing is there was staff still there after 5 years that says a lot about how the place operates. I just can't say enough about the staff they are the best. Thanks to all of you for your kindness.
Was a ponderous facilty. Everyone helpful. Very clean. Landscaping beautiful. Would recommend anyone who is able to use this facility
First night there was a mess. The nurse was terrible and brought her personal problems to work. This affected pt care greatly. She was rude as well. Other than that the facility was very clean and a good place to rehab.
My son Raymond Pritchard was here for a week last year and they took great care of him.
