Mercy St. Francis Hospital reviews
11The staff, Annette and her 'co-hort', were very friendly and professional. The room for the sleep apnea test was very comfortable and relaxing. So glad I did not go back to OMC
Close to home quality care! We are so lucky to have Mercy St Francis facility here in Mountain View!
Its a old place went to Collins eye clinic was not empresd not many choice's for. Glasses, not a good visit Dr.did not do a good job he did not do a glaucoma test he was just not very thorough I don't want to go back to this doctor
While visiting from out of town, my daughter and I contracted poison oak. We were treated very kindly by the entire staff on 8/19/23. We wish the hospitals in Florida were more like Mercy!
I have nothing to say other than I have had to contact a lawyer unfortunately. I hope nobody ever has to go through what I have just endured the last several days. I put my faith into this hospital and am just traumatized and shocked.
This is Randy Boyer again. I'll just leave the 1 star, since you deleted my previous review. Dr. HILL is WORTHLESS. I have been seen by him on several occasions and he just kept saying I was making up excuses. Went to OMC turns out I have gallstones and need to have my gallbladder removed. WOW! Sure is an amazing staff you have. Not to mention the rude notes they make about their patients.
Wonder if the staff think patients can't see the rude and crude remarks they notated in pts charts? Hate ever to have to use this hospital anymore!
I've heard stories about Mercy not being a good hospital but they saved my life at this hospital. They might not be a huge hospital with all of the extras but they know what they are doing. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because the send me the bill instead of to my insurance which covers me 100%. Then when I didn't pay they sent it to a collection agency.
My wife was a ER patient on 1-28 The second shift nurse maranda around 7-730pm was very rude to my wife. She kicked a rolling chair. Yelled at my wife that she could go somewhere else when my wife complained to her. She also threw the ice pack to my wife that my wife was supposed to have my wife is in severe pain and her kidneys ain't doing well. And this nurse has been horrible and does not have good bedside manners and is very rude.
Emergency room doctor not only was uneducated, but wouldn't listen to my symptoms or look at the specimen I brought, but was blatantly and obviously misdiagnosing my condition. No attempts to examine me or look physically at me or tests were made! And his male nurse openly laughed at me when I was trying to communicate and describe the problem! I'll never go into this so-called hospital again! I was dismissed and made the brunt of a joke. And my condition worsens. Horrible place! Shame on them for calling themselves health CARE professionals! Nothing professional has even graced that place with its presence!
A few nights ago our 7 yr old had an asthma episode. So at 11pm at night we visited the E. R.at Mercy Hospital, Mountain View. We were met by a friendly and very efficient staff. They evaluated and properly treated our son's ailment. We were leaving the hospital within two hours of arriving with our son already feeling much better.
A big THANK-YOU to Mercy Hospital.
