I took my 4 month old in to be seen and was refused service because the nurse wasn't comfortable with the age of my child.

Doesn't close till 6 but refused service @ 5 because it might make their day go longer. So McDonald's and burger King should stop making food at 9 cause they close at 10. Just make the drive to springfield, nerve to call yourself Mercy.

Between this scam urgent care, and Cox ER at the hospital, I find them to be incompetent and I am concerned they are committing healthcare fraud. As a patient, you will be giving tests, but you will not be given any results, nor medications. They will advise you to go to Wal Mart and buy plain cold medicine, etc.for your conditions. EXTREMELY EXTREMELY long wait times. We checked in at 0835/0845, the nurse who took vitals called us back at 950, and she was about the most hateful nurse I’ve ever come across. If she hates her job this much she needs a new profession. Went back to lobby for another 1.5 hour wait for a room, then further waiting for the doctor. Do better Mercy! Get nurses that like their jobs or at least pretend to with patients and possibly either get more doctors for the clinic or close it all together. This was absolutely horrible.

Visited on the 11th of October. Staff are rude and clueless. I have called multiple times to check back and request referrals elsewhere and they hung up on me after having me on hold for 30 mins. The second and third time I called I was scoffed at for asking for another number to call because no one is getting back to me. It's now the 21st and have not received the call back they said they'd provide with more information and referrals to specialist. Save your time and money. Go anywhere but to this clinic. Wish I could leave 0 star review.

I went there in the afternoon with an issue walking. I paid my insurance's $50 copay. They were pleasant checking and nurse was also nice, NP was concerned and listened. I was treated with xray and medications, and may follow up after a week, for PT if necessary
It was a pleasant experience, I would recommend them them to others.

Spent 90 minutes waiting to go in and the staff is so slow! No compassion! So rude and inconsiderate! Don’t bother going unless you have the day to sit in the lobby and wait! So disappointing! I couldn’t wait, I had to leave! So frustrating!

I've been here to urgent care a couple of times and they move pretty slowly. Not sure why but the facility itself is very nice and clean.

I have never gone to doctor and been told they wouldn't see me. It was my 2nd visit for back pain that was getting worse. The original doctor thought it was sciatic nerve pain and advised bed rest until it loosened up.
After registering a nurse came to the lobby and said the doctor wouldn't see me because there was nothing else she could do for me. I told the nurse I was worse and she advised me to continue bed rest until I started PT in 8 days.
Funny enough the next clinic found several ways to help me. They felt the lump that had formed and ordered an X-ray and then an MRI. I have dislocated disc, not sciatic nerve pain and am being referred to a neurosurgeon.

We were seen within 10 minutes of checking in. Our nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Awesome! Staff were very welcoming. I only waited about 15 min. I actually saw a physician! He was exceptionally nice. He was thorough and explained all my options. I left within an hour with a prescription. I highly recommend Mercy Urgent Care.

Worst place possible, my 7 year old daughter had a small bruise on her body, she plays outside alot. But the Dr. 's and nurses at this place decided to call 6 POLICE OFFICERS to the building to separate and Interrogate my 7yr old, her mother and grandmother for several hours. Nothing became of this obviously because my daughter is not abused. This act is extremely excessive and I would recommend not to ever take any children to this facility.
