Dr. Michelle Orr is awful. I waited over 8 months to get in to see her, she was dismissive and refused to listen. She was in the room with me for less than 10 minutes before she was trying to leave claiming that I was fine. I went to her because I was experiencing unstable blood sugar levels. After her rude behavior and refusing to help me by even CONSIDERING investigating or running tests she just dismissed me. I had a seizure due to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) just a few months later. I've never had one before in my life but now I'm at risk and could lose my driver's license and that would cost me my job. Michelle Orr is biased and won't take you or your health seriously unless you're over the age of 50 apparently.

Unfortunately these people don’t care about their patients. They are very unprofessional and rude. Find somewhere else to go where people actually care about their patients.

Dr. Orr and her staff are very friendly and relatable. My needs are health situation is always discussed thoroughly and treated appropriately.

When I called to make an appt, I specifically asked if they accepted my insurance, and was told they do. My appt.was 4 months out. When I went in, I was told they don't accept my insurance. So frustrating and a complete waste of time.

My visits with Dr. Orr are always informative and helpful. She is always on time and takes time to sit and talk about my health and how best to treat my condition. I trust her knowledge.

Quick and efficient sign-in, no wait even though I was half an hour early, pleasant assistant to get my vitals and A1c logged in, immediately followed by visit with Dr. Michelle Orr for my foot check and thyroid nodule ultrasound. Dr. Orr was reassuring when I was hard on myself about weight gain and higher A1c. Half-hour and done! Both thyroid nodule check and A1c at same appointment with only one copay helps!

I have been a patient at Meritas Endocrinology since 2017 and have always been pleased with the care I receive. With their help I brought my A1C from 11 to 5.8. Highly recommended.
