Dr. Ogle is amazing. No problem with the doctors. However their medical assistants are a bunch of older ladies who are on a power trip. I didn’t get her name. Otherwise I would mention her. I parked my bike on the back side of the building and they threatened to call the police and escalated the situation. I told her I was getting ready to leave and she reminded me that I left my bike near doctors cars. It made me feel like I was being accused of messing their cars. Which I was not even doing anything. She had it out for me. A very unpleasant experience.

Dr. Acosta-Dixon verbally berated my mother for going in for antibiotics to deal with a sinus infection to the point of tears. Absolutely disgusting for someone to talk to another person the way she talked to my mother during this appointment. From the second Dr. Acosta-Dixon walked in she was snappy, snide, and rude, almost as if my mother's plain existence was a nuisance to her. Upon others in the office hearing of her behavior, she eventually gave a snide apology in an attempt to save face, stating "I'm sorry for hurting your feelings; I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. " Embarrassing response in the face of senselessly berating a patient to say the least. My mother called me in tears about how her appointment went and how badly she was treated. Beyond obviously being unprofessional, this interaction shows an incredible lack of character on her part. Furthermore, my mother put up a review regarding her visit, which they then proceeded to call her about stating "Dr. Acosta-Dixon takes reviews very seriously. " If she takes her reviews seriously enough, my best recommendation would be for her to find a profession that is not people facing, because treating people at one's job in the same way she treated my mother is going to consistently produce reviews like mine and my mother's. I'm giving two stars because I see Avery Abernathy and he is a genuinely quality doctor. Ultimately would still recommend seeking care elsewhere due to this encounter.

When My personal physician of many years retired in 2021, I was concerned about finding a new physician. I’m glad I asked for Dr. Goergen. He listens & is very relatable & open in his input.

I'm pleased with the fact I was able to be seen for acute back pain. Dr. Abernathy was very informative and helpful.

My appointment got canceled literally 30 minutes before it was scheduled. Not only was I called while I was driving to my scheduled appointment that had been planned a week and a half prior, but I was blamed because I scheduled online and the physician wasn’t taking new patients. There was plenty of time for them to call or email me before my appointment…

Had a 9: 30am appt to see dr & get bloodwork done. I was there for 90min. Way too long. Was taken back to sit in lobby twice. It was not a good experience.

Short wait; professional, educational care. I was nervous but everyone was kind, so it was a great doctor’s office experience. I felt like I had options and the direction of my care was securely in my hands. Thank you all.

My visit today was so easy. I checked in super quick. The office staff were so pleasant. Dr. Abernathy is always amazing. He goes above and beyond. He makes you feel heard and truly cares about his patients. I feel involved in my healthcare and feel like I’m the guide. He listens to my input and provides me with all the answers to my questions. He’s and excellent physician!

I saw Dr Ogle as my former MD retired. She was great! I highly recommend her - I am an RN with a couple of decades under my belt. Her care was insightful and spot-on. I had labs drawn at the office, which was so convenient, and all of the staff were lovely. No waiting around, which is also super! I was very pleased with the whole experience.

UPDATE: Management Supervisor called, explained a recent doc shortage, and that they are now fully staffed so no more 1 month waits. Also addressed the way I was treated in trying to get worked in today after the abrupt cancel they caused, original employee who hung up on me has been addressed. Moving from 1 star to 3, and hoping things go better in the future, love my Dr.there. ORIGINAL: I’d give zero if I could. They earned their 2.9 dismal rating. Made an appointment for my husband, couldn’t get in for over a month! Got emails notifying of the appointment, including the night before. Couldn’t access the form to fill out online, called on the day of and found out they cancelled the appointment! Because we made the appointment with a doc who was not taking new patients, and they did not tell us that when it was scheduled, they just cancelled on the day of! He is not a new patient of the location, but of that doctor. The appointment taker a month ago knew all of that, but let us make the appointment! The person did not offer to make it right until I pushed, then offered to get him in with a nurse practitioner, snidely telling me if it was an emergency, we could go to a clinic. Then she hung up on me in the midst of making the appointment. I called back and managed to get a competent person to get him in today. But, we will be moving all our records to a doc office that is not a month out, that has capable office staff, and a way better than 2.9 rating. FYI, I will hate losing Dr. Acosta-Dickson, she was probably my favorite doctor ever. It’s just not worth all this stress and scrambling.

I feel very confident with the care I received recently and the care needed in the future. They were all very caring and thoughtful.

Went for a Hi dose flu shot. Was seen a few minutes after I got there. The nurse informed me a tip I didn't know. I have very thin skin as I am 72. She let me know to remove the Band-Aid a after about 30 minutes to keep from damaging my skin. Very thoughtful and kind of her.

Have gone there for years. Staff, nurses, and Dr. Acosta-Dickson are wonderful. Good bedside manner, efficient, listen to what I have to say, explain things in understandable language. Always without fail, the nursing staff will call me within 24-48 hours with lab results. Promptly call my medication refills in. Does not hesitate to refer to specialists when indicated.
