The doctor and the nurse that I dealt with were very professional and very helpful and I will be back to see that doctor I really liked her

The staff is amazing & so helpful. Smooth transition and short wait in waiting room. Dr. Lovitt was SO nice. He took plenty of time with me & explained everything. It's rare to not be rushed in an appointment. I really appreciated it. I feel so lucky to have found this practice and doctor. I feel completely at ease with everything going forward with Dr. Lovitt.

Your annual is never anything an elderly woman is looking forward to, but in my case, I will so miss Joy and was very shocked and glad to see she was there to do my appointment. Happy Retiremement.

My experience was very good. The front desk was efficient. Dr Rosbrugh was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated him taking time to help me with my health. I highly recommend him.

Office ladies up-front always greet you with a smile and get you checked in right away. I see Dr Rosbrugh but have seen other doctors there. I've been going to MHPFW for almost 11 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Called to have prescription sent to another pharmacy, gave name, address and phone number of pharmacy. When I got to pharmacy they did not have it. I have been working on getting this prescription for 3 days and I still don’t have it.

I visited the women's pavilion today for my first mammogram and I can say I was thoroughly impressed by the staff and efficiency of the process. Sam at check-in was super polite and the wait time was next to nothing. Once in the room, I believe her name was Dana, but she was so informative and explained every part of the process. Kudos to the team in women's imaging for making what could be a very scary first experience so smooth and seamless!

My experience at this hospital was great.
My OB was Dr. Lovitt, I felt safe and heard whenever I had something to say. I had marginal cord insertion and Dr. Lovitt made sure my baby was monitored and doing well. Little AA is now 10 months and doing great.

Dr. Werner is knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful. I appreciate her care and kindness! The staff members I interacted with were also kind and efficient. Thank you!

I was a little hesitant on picking this place for my second child. At first I was going in the city but then decided to move to North Kansas City area, because I love up north. I am still early just hitting 2 months but have been very excited for my appointment to meet my doctor see how the office and staff was and that just wasn’t fulfilled today. I had a appointment at 1: 00p.m I get a call at 12: 25p.m could not answer at the time so I call back not even 5 minutes after I get told they are on lunch no one can answer my call until they come back about 1: 00p.m. Lady on the phone not very helpful as I am trying to understand what I should do next when I am told to be there 15 minutes early but have no idea why I’m getting a call before my appointment and not being told what was the reason. Not a very detailed message which could have explained right there and then what was the issue so I could have been more aware. Anyways I wait until 1: 00p.m to head in the office to see what was the call about go into the office the lady was nice not rude about it and told me my doctor was in a delivery fair enough Im understanding and this can happen so I kindly say “okay what do we do from here”. The scheduler told me I could come back at 2: 45p.m…okay fair enough I’ll be back then. I get there fill out some paperwork. Already nervous about how this appointment will go I get called by Nurse Vicki a MD. This is where things instantly feel regret of choice she was very rude tone of voice sounded careless and unhappy. First impressions can mean a lot and that was so disappointing to be greeted with such low energy. So we go back to the room asking me questions again right away from her tone I felt uncomfortable and just negativity. Nurse Vicki asked me about a pharmacy not being very specific with me I’m not sure if she needs a address or a city she didn’t specify so I’m looking up the address for her I start rambling on the address she waits till I’m done to say I just needed the city. Okay first that would have been more appropriate to say instead of making me feel ridiculous looking it up to be helpful. Then we go to the room I’m getting told this might take longer then 30 minutes because Dr. Werner would be done in about half an hour and would be able to pop in. Well I decided to do the 2: 45 appointment because I was told it would take roughly 30 minutes trying to time out this appointment to make in time for my child at school. So I let Nurse Vicki know I won’t be able to stay longer then 30 minutes little bit past that. She took a deep breath sounding frustrated very rudely asking me “what time do you need to leave” I replied I need to be gone at least by 3: 30 could push it to 3: 45p.m. From there I had to stop this rude energy by asking Nurse Vicki is everything okay with her because her tone of voice is telling me over wise. From their of course she changes up her attitude and tone of voice trying to be nicer which she should have been in the first place! The doctor I seen was okay she was nice to do a ultrasound but also didn’t seem very interested in some questions. Did not get a ultrasound picture which was a little disappointed in as well because those are fun to keep for memories was told maybe around 20 weeks I would get one. I’d like to give this place another chance and actually meet my doctor Jackie Werner. I am usually one to bite my tongue but I couldn’t on this one just very negative feeling. So hoping others don’t have to experience this as well especially first time at office? Keeping it positive for next appointment that maybe get a nicer nurse and my doctor is nice and welcoming!

Good luck getting an appointment even when you had one scheduled but the Dr.won’t be in that day so let’s get you in 7 months later. People schedule in advance for a reason and you can’t expect them to just bend to your will when they have jobs or kids or whatever it may be. Really disappointed in this office and how they handle things.

Scheduler was so great about getting my concerns back to the nurse! The nurse was great about finding me a solution until my appointment that they got me that week! Dr. Was very informative, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommended Dr. Rosbrugh to anyone needing urology/gynecology help! Overall very impressed with my experience here!:)
