Delicious Ethiopian food! Must-try lamb and veggies for sure. Me and my partner have started to try different ethnic food each month and this place made to the top 3 already!

My favorite meal in St. Louis is the Veggie Combo from Meskerem. I order the veggie not because of dietary restrictions, but because it is just really good. The dish is served with about seven different items, all seasoned and prepared beautifully, which you eat with the injera bread that comes with the dish. I highly recommend it!

The food always tastes good. But I personally feel the quantity of meat whether chicken/beef/lamb while buying the entrees seperately can be improved a little for the price it is charged. Overall I love ordering food from here always.

I’ll keep it simple: amazing food and amazing service at a very fair. Great hospitality with beautiful decor. You could easily share an entree and an app between two people and leave full. You won’t regret trying this place.

We get the veggie platter for two (happens to be vegan) spicy and amazing. They make their mead in-house, yeasty and roasty and awesome. Owners are really sweet.

Always friendly, fast, and the coffee can most likely be used to wake coma victims. And the food is great as well.

They can’t cook meat properly at all.this is what they consider to be well done meat! When i brought this to the attention of the manager, she recommended that i cook the meat to my liking smh the reason for eating out in the first place was to bypass all that!

The vegetarian combo was outstanding. This was my first time trying Ethiopian cuisine and I loved it! The service is great and you pay with a QR code (super easy!).

I spent two weeks in St. Louis trying everything tasty I could get my hands on. This place was my favorite by far of the whole trip. An amazing restaurant! Get a combo platter and you’ll be in heaven!
