Tabatha began helping, she spent time trying figure out what the problem was. Mark started to help. Tabatha needed to help other customers. Mark spent so much time on the phone trying to figure out the problem. It got figured out. The other Metro stores kept saying they couldn't do anything, but Mark went above and beyond. Thank you, now if I have any problems I'll go to Tabatha, because if she's not sure, she'll send to some who does. Thanks Mark!

The two guys in the store work very hard but could not resolve my issue entirely it was partly resolved the phone continues to drop and I don't have the keyboard I want for messaging and Gmail the guys were polite I just couldn't stay with him any longer

I recommend you not use metro PC if you live in Republic Missouri. I bought two phones which were the new Moto stylus and after taking them home and realizing that my phone kept dropping continually had to came back to their office to let them know what was happening only for them to reassure me that the VPN needed to be reset which they did. After getting through the weekend and going past my 7 day return policy found that my phone was still dropping my calls. I returned again to the Metro office and they told me they would go ahead and get me two new phones but failed to tell me that doing so would cancel my ability to return them if the service still didn't work for me. So in the end I ended up having to go to Boost Mobile which has great service coverage in Republic Missouri but the owner of this Metro PCS office on Campbell Street in Springfield Missouri refused to give me a refund on my phones after informing me that the phone replacements had disqualified me from a refund. It's real nice to be told that after the fact. So if you're looking to get good phone coverage service at an affordable price make sure you check out Boost Mobile. We have our phones and my son's phone from Boost Mobile and get great reception coverage in Republic and in the Springfield area but most importantly if you live in Republic you probably don't want to risk buying a phone from Metro PCS and their service because of really bad service coverage.

I was at this location on 8/12/20 taking my disabled uncle to get his new phone activated that he had received in the mail from An insurance claim. And we were greeted by a woman named Hannah. She was amazing, she really went above and beyond my standards of what real customer service is! She was patient, very kind, and a down to earth person! And overall she met every need that he needed! I am posting this for whomever her boss is! A Breath of fresh air!

I went in today to get a new phone because mine went down. Hannah and Caleb are awesome to deal with. Friendly and respectful.
I only have one problem. I have to take my new phone back.
Coming to find out, it had the wrong APN settings and the store manager input the info, waited for a few minutes, rebooted phone, and it started working faster and updating like it was supposed to.

So I used to get good service from this store but the professionalism has seemed to go out the window. Today I pulled up for help on a signal issue on my phone and the two metro guys working were on the curb smoking outside the store. I decided to not even go in. How they think it’s ok to sit outside in front of the store a beyond me. And yes I do know they were working.

So this stores" manager is 1 awesome chick! Her name is Hannah. She took the time to make sure we got the best deals possible.we went there to replace my phone and ended up with a new phone 4 myself, and a badasses phone 4 my
husbands (who didn't expect to get 1!) &an awesome tablet with unlimited data, 3 screen protectors and a new case for a great price! Hannah is A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REP! I'll never go to another Metro PCS again (unless she's there!) I only wanna do business with this girl right here, she's amazing!

This review is not for any one single metro location, just metro as a company. I Have had metropcs as a cell phone provider for almost 5 years. And a couple months ago they breached my privacy as well as allowing someone to change my account pin, and make changes to the account. Also allowing this person to put a high security pin on my account to where I can no longer review any of my own account information. No one has ever been authorized by me to make changes to make changes to my account in any way. The company breached every privacy and security policy they have. Nice job metro! I already have opened a new account with a new provider. Be aware when trusting this company.
