Sai was very helpful. I had some issues with my card and he was very understanding as well.
It would be 0 stars because he scanned extra stuff that we did not receive plus did not ask for and the top part of receipt was missing with everything he scanned. We called Metro them self and they talked to him but he ended the call. Very rude on personal phone when we arrived and while time we where there.
Sai got me a great deal y'all come and check out this store he sold me home internet service for the best prices I have ever seen.customer satisfaction 11/10
De Ontay was wonderful! He helped us so much with all the things and we couldn't have done it without him. He helped us for at least an hour trying to help us straighten out situations with bills, etc. Definitely the most helpful person I have ever met at a phone store. He deserves a raise and a medal.
The employee tried to make us buy accessories and when it was explained that we didn't need them he refused to sell us a phone, used profanity, and acted in a very in professional manner. I know this conduct is not typical Metro way of doing business. I was shocked and astounded at his behavior.
I just got done transferring my phone service over from Xfinity to MetroPCS, me and my husband went in and Benjamin was incredibly helpful and kind. If I need further assistance or know someone looking to transfer phone plans, I will definitely be recommending him.
It was My Daughter that had her phone stolen on Sunday Jan 31st 2023 and she went to get new phone and have hers shut off
