5Both workers are very polite and helpful just very hard to understand. The workers don't speak English very well at all so it's very hard to understand them. The display phones have no information about the storage speed camera or anything and the gentleman was like I will explain. So as he is explaining with his accent and the speed he talks I understood none of what he said and had no idea what I was looking at other then just a dummy phone. Both workers are very polite and helpful just very hard to understand. Like I said but when I asked to see a print out because my mind works differently when I'm comparing items that I need a physical copy of the phone specs and they had no option for me.
Even though the telephone customer service for this company is trash, Karina at this store kept us as customers, because I was about to cancel it all and walk away! She knows how to relate to people!

They have No idea how to help the customer. The manager has a very poor customer skills
Tried calling to see about a phone and no one answered didn't even ring i won't go to this metro pcs store or have anyone go there.
