It is a great gym they have a lot of different equipment you can work on they are very welcome mean

It’s a little smaller compared to other gyms but it’s honestly my favorite very friendly staff and it’s nice that it’s open 24 hours so I can work out whenever I can squeeze it into my schedule

I had been looking into switching gyms locally because the prices have been skyrocketing for no reason. The moment I walked into Metro KC Fitness, I was welcomed with smiling, friendly faces who care about me being there. Every time I go in, the staff remembers me and the energy at the locations is fantastic. Plus, the prices are so affordable, I am very pleased with my decision to come here instead of other competitors and I would highly recommend here to anybody!

I recently just became a new member of metro fitness and so far I like it it’s very secure and the experience I had so far is great and I will definitely keep it and not let it go and great staff.

Just started my membership at Metro KC Fitness and will quickly become a regular! I first reached out with a couple questions and was promptly answered by Abbie with information and a tour of the site. Had my first workout with Matt who gave great advice, was very hospitable, and provided an excellent workout routine to start off with options for future sessions.

Perfect for someone who doesn’t need the hustle and bustle of a big gym. Has everything you need and, personally, I enjoy the 24 hour access and I feel safe.

I’ve had a great experience going here. They have a decent variety of equipment, and everything is in good condition. Definitely good value for the price. Very friendly staff. The only downside is this location is rather small, so I could see it getting crowded during peak times. But given it is open 24 hours, there is plenty of opportunity to go when it isn’t too busy.

I’ve recently joined and like the downtown location. They have everything that I need to have a great workout.

Really enjoying this chain of gyms. I work with my trainer Brandon White in the downtown and strawberry Hill locations. They are always clean and the gym goers are very friendly.
