There customer service suck and do not know how to treat a customer after i bought a firearm from them I do not recommend going there

Over priced ammo to begin with. One box here could buy you one and a half anywhere else. The staff downstairs cant differentiate a 50AE and a S&W 460 bullet, as I had rented a firearm chambered in one but he gave us ammo for the other. He had a very hard time understanding why we couldnt use the wrong ammo.
Not sure what you mean by trolling in other reviews? Finding a good shooting range around here is a diamond in the rough. Good luck though, your reviews speak for themselves. Labeling every negative review a “troll” is just blatant denial. Ill amend it to a 2 star for your comedic response though.

Its been a while since I've been here I'm seeing lot of one star reviews I've never had an issue with these guys they are very professional the only thing i didn't like was i couldn't use my own rifle ammo not sure if they still do that or not also i might get a lot of hate for this but if you cant follow the rules of the range then don't come to a range understand that all ranges have rules and they are there for your safety also their range price isn't bad considering the new range up the street is 2.00 higher

Employees are rude and will harass you if you bring a silencer to their range. They’ll ask to see your paperwork. Tell you have to have the original tax stamp, and want to make a copy.

Would recommend range USA down the street far better experience.

Edit/update to their response: Showing proof of legality is NOT your concern as you're NOT law enforcement. Furthermore you're showing how anti second amendment you are and your "policy" changes from visit to visit. They do not represent a liability if you keep your nose out of what is not your business. Thank you for enabling tyranny as you assume (read between the lines) just because you don't show proof its automatically illegal.

Wouldn’t touch this place with a 12 foot pole, Come here if you’d like to pay double to triple the cost for ammo. Went in there one day trying to purchase 20 rounds of 7.62 was limited to one box for $50! Went over to Academy found a 400rd can for $150. Went to the gun show the next morning as well and found the same 20rd boxes they were selling for $12.99! And don’t get me started on their guns. My Buddy made a mistake of purchasing a shotgun from there for $500+ when we went online to research we found it was worth $250 new elsewhere. Range prices are a ripoff and I’m sure they’ll comment under this thing saying that they have the best prices but a certain Range USA says otherwise right down the street.

Very knowledgeable and friendly experts in firearms. So glad I am a member. Taught me everything I need to know upon my purchase and I am now a responsible CCW owner. My husband introduced and our family will always support and purchase our products from Metro. Impeccable professional record all around and longest standing gun shop in Missouri!

Id give this 10 stars but im only allowed 5. I had an amazing experience here. Everyone within the store is very helpful and knowledgeable. I signed up for the basic handgun class to learn the basics of handgun saftey and use. My trainer, Jimmy, was amazing and was able to get me to hit my first bullseye during the class. I have had an overall amazing experience at this range with no issues at all. Highly recommend anyone to visit the store, range, or even the classes offered.

This is hands down one of the best if not the best place in Saint Louis for quality firearm purchases and education. The staff are phenomenal, helpful, polite and educated.

Steve and Brad helped further my firearms education in a manner that didn't make me feel like a novice. As a black man I can definitely say that the high level of quality service, and respect from these guys and their staff really made me feel comfortable.

I've made firearm purchases, and I utilize their range frequently. If you're looking for firearms education, a range, or to purchase a high quality firearm. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. Their amazing!

1 star because there is not 0 you have to put something to the review. Please go here only if you’re a profesional shooter to shoot at the target, do not hit the cardboard piece unless you want to pay 10 each on the lower holes and 25 each on the upper holes lol. Talking about property damage when the ceiling tiles are falling down lol. Every shooting range has the capability and safety for this type of things, if you don’t have this placed accommodated for what it is then 1st is not safe and 2nd the customer don’t have to pay for damages already made since the ceiling tiles are already falling so don’t tell me you fix the ceiling overcharging people for things you’re subject to expect due to the caliber of business (holes on ceiling tiles) hit the same cardboard piece but depending where the holes are is how you charge lol. THIS IS A JOKE PLACE. Please there are shooting ranges around with great customer service and no bidding fees and cheaper so don’t waste you time and money. Ohhhh forgot to mention the temperature in there was Hotttt we almost roasted inside not safe!

This is the best gun store I ever experienced! Good thing I met the real good people in there. Steve, Brad, Jimmy, and Jacob are really awesome. And they are really a good help. If I ever go to the gun store, I will come to this one only. Jimmy is the best gun smith I ever met. And I give him mad respect. I could never met someone who is professional like him. I thank you all for your help. I be more happy to see them again.

The only place I'll ever buy weapons in Missouri (We won't talk about that M40 from GAP; I'm loyal to both). Mr. King knows his stuff and is willing to help anyone if they're humble and don't claim to know everything about guns. About to pick up an AR-10 in the next few days and I can't wait. To Hell with living in California. 15+ rounders for life.

We went to this gun shop to purchase a gun. I gave them MY card to pay then they ran my boyfriend s name. Then we got denied, neither one of us with felonies. So we waited months to see why we were
denied. Finally I just wanted a refund. So after a month of waiting for this refund they took 200 dollars for a restocking fee. When We questioned about why the check was not right, he called us felons and hung up on us. This place has horrible customer service and I would never advise anyone to buy a gun from metro shooting range. They didn't have to restocking anything because we never got anything.they just stole over two hundred dollars from me and I can't do anything about it.

I would give them 0 stars, but I will give them 1 because that’s the lowest I can give. I went for the shooting range. They give you one price when you ask then they charge you double after you finish you using the range. For a non member the customer service is terrible and I will never go back. I wouldn’t recommend this at all.

Would not recommend, although some employees are personable enough. The real issue is poor membership price/perks and you cannot bring your own rifle ammo, you have to buy their ridiculously marked up ammo. No thanks. Bye.
P.s.
A certain range down the road from you (I'm sure you know the one) has member pricing that completely outshines yours in every way. Not the least of which, is no hourly lane fee for members.
And you marking up the price of your firearms to nullify the 'free' membership is a non-starter.

I called in and asked what's the price range for there budget handguns and the person on the phone was rude and acted as if he didn't want to answer my question he told me that the range was $500 to $5000 what handgun is worth 5K? And before I could ask another question he hung up on me would not recommend
