Hardware Store MFA reviews
14Awesome staff and knowledgeable people. They bend over backwards to help the customer. Ozark store is like family to me.
Always enjoyed stopping by there. Brought my onion sets and garden seeds. Friendly people!
Love this store. They make you feel like you're a valued customer! Cassidy is very friendly and helpful.

Been my propane providers for More than 20 years!
Courteous service, prompt fills, great customer service
They were friendly and as helpful as they could considering they didn't have what I wanted.
Great store we try and buy all our feed from here but they close to early through the week and Saturday they are only open until noon so we don't always make it and have to get feed else where
This is a great place for lots of your home lawn and garden needs and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
MFA has always been our go to feed store. This morning at opening they had me loaded and out in 10 min. Great people and easy in and out.
As always, the folks there are friendly and take care of what you need. Today was 4 gallons of Kerosene. Quaint old 60's style pump. Guys out on the dock, country boys with the sense of humor to match.
Oh, sign on the front door.
CLOSED NEXT SATURDAY
OPENING DAY OF DEER SEASON!
The Best Farm Store in all Missouri! I love MFA! Great Prices and best of all, everything you need to take care of farm animals
I just moved here so I was delighted to find an MFA here! Great staff, Cassidy helped me get registered and get what I needed even when she was the only one there and dealing with other customers. Appreciate the great service!
Absolutely horrible experience! Lindy Has to be the most incompetent. Inept person I have ever met. There's something absolutely wrong with her. When my cattle panels did not get delivered. She tried to accuse me of doing something false or underhanded. She does not know how to work the computer system. She could not find me in the computer system. She could not find my account. She was vulgar and derogatory. When I went in and after the cattle panels finally got delivered and improperly placed despite my directions. I went in to purchase some kerosene and charge it to my account and she couldn't find my account and told me that I must have closed it. I complained to the corporate office. In Jefferson City and spoke with Nancy. I then spoke with Keith the general manager of the Ozark facility. Even though I had shopped there for almost a decade. It was concluded that they would not be able to do anything about her. And I would have to part ways. I was responsible for returning the cattle panels no offer. Was made to pick them up. Unless I was to pay for that. Pick up. Which was another $25. Then I went in to drop off the cattle panels as a return. And some large buffoon in overalls stood there on the dock smoking a cigarette watching me unload them by myself and they're 16 feet long and 4 feet wide. And after I had them all offloaded he ran over there and acted Like he was just aware that I might need assistance but didn't seem to notice that I noticed him. The only thing about this whole situation is that fantastic brunette girl with the college education Who was completely And totally appalled by the whole situation and extremely apologetic. Even Nancy at the corporate office did not think that there was much of anything that could be done about the situation. So I'm telling everyone right now that I owe them probably about $100 for kerosene. That is the only an outstanding amount on my bill. And I'll get around to it when I get around to it. If you shop there and you run into her, Lindy, Ask for somebody else because you're probably being charged wrong or you're probably going to have problems. Just a warning! To those who might read this. I will not remove it.
