Absolutely horrible! I bought my house 3 years ago and it came with a rented mfa tank. When we bought the house it had 17%. We never filled it up because we didn't think we would use it. Turns out we really like the fire place. We called at the beginning of January several times to get more gas and no one would answer. Finally left a message. When they called back they told us that someone else would call us back with a date and time to do a leak check. The next day at 630 am they called and said we need someone to be there in 30 minutes. I said no we r at work and the driver was extremely rude. I waited till 8 to call the neosho office and that lady was super rude as well. I had to beg to get a date and time to be at my own house and she just kept telling me that they don't schedule their trucks like that. So I finally told her that I want them to come and get there tank and thatvi would be switching companies. Since then I have probably called 3 or 4 times a week just for them to come and get the tank. I have been promised to multiple times saying that they will for sure pick it up by the end of the week and nothing happens. I was told by mfa that I need permission to move the tank since its mfa's tank so I can't even get a new one. They even billed me once saying that they had filled it up. I also got a bill for the tank being empty.

I’d like to give 0 stars. I called last Thursday Feb 4th to order propane before the cold weather hit. I was told that it would be no problem and I would have my propane no later than 5 business days. They of course required payment. Today, Feb13 and no propane and I’m down below 10%. Called yesterday Feb 12 and they told me they could not deliver in inclement weather. The person I spoke to also told me I should buy some space heaters. Absolutely ridiculous!

Worst company ever, I had them come to check my tank becuz it was leaking gas so they came and told me that they fixed it and charged me an outrages amount for it, but that is not it every time that they came they would only fill up my tank to half and was charging me for a full tank so not only did they not fix the leak but they would never fill the tank up completely and my gas would only last me 3 weeks at the most and I was getting billed high every time. They were just taking my money and never got anything fixed.

Incredibly frustrating experience. Reported my tank being low about 10 days ago. Manager was supposed to call back because of a billing issue. I asked for an exception and was told I needed to talk to him. Fine. He never called. Several days later and I ran out of propane. I had to email/call and follow up.

Not one apology until I asked for one. Still no call from the manager. I was told they would waive the fee that is charged when your tank runs out. That’s fine, but that wasn’t my fault. That’s not really a favor to me when it wasn’t my fault.

Then they show up and tell me in the middle of a work day that he can’t wait on me when I wasn’t ever told that he would need someone present. Another day passes, still no call or follow-up. No call from a manager.

I have to call in to find out the next steps. I ask for the tank to be filled today. They can’t do that because they never send people back to the same area 2 days in a row. No apology from the office. Then they hung up on me and I had to call back in.

We will see if the tank is filled tomorrow. That’s what I’m being told at this point.

My children took cold showers. I’ve taken cold showers. Can’t cook on our range. Quite an inconvenience and frustrating experience. Needless to say, if I wasn’t handcuffed into this business relationship, I would find every way to get out of it.

I certainly will not recommend that any one pursue a business relationship with MFA.

Worst place to buy propane from terrible customer service and inadequate when they do finally make it to your house. Would give zero stars if possible save time and aggravation and fine someone else.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time folks. After getting nothing but the run-around for 2 weeks, and getting nothing but excuses, I took my business to another company.

Jason, the person who filled up my 4 60 lbs propane was so helpful. Thanks for letting me borrow your strap so I can carry my propane safely.
