2 I hadn't been to my primary care in 5 years. Foolish me. My father passed away 4 days ago and I had a heart rate issue. They scheduled an appointment for me the next day.
The African American woman at the front desk was nice. The African American woman who was the Nurse Practioner Assitant was nice and funny.
The White Nurse Practioner was very helpful and direct. I appreciate that in unfortunate situations.

I was very sick when I went to Dr Berk. He was rude and condescending. Told me it was all in my head and I probably didn’t know anything about nutrition. (I know a lot and have always eaten a healthy diet). He ran one test which came back abnormal, but his only solution was to check again in a month. I found a better doctor who was able to diagnose me during the office visit, confirm with lab work, and quickly get me on the proper medication to help me feel better. One visit with him was more than enough.
