Fantastic personnel including Dr. Michaels, his nurse, and the front office staff. Dr. Michaels was very professional and thorough. The nurse was also very capable and very helpful. The front office staff was also terrific! We recommend Dr. Michael's and his staff without reservation. There was also very little waiting to see Dr Michael's. My wife and I recommend Dr. Michael's without reservation.

Dr. Williams is kind, with excellent bedside manner. I’ve always felt at ease with him! He listens attentively and has never been dismissive, talked over me, or rushed through our visit. He is open and honest when answering questions and doesn’t pressure you one way or another. When I told him I needed to switch medications because I could no longer afford the one initially prescribed, he gave me a list of options and let me do my research and make my pick. It’s super hard to find such a compassionate doctor, I’d recommend Dr Williams to anyone!

My first visit with GI Associates, I met with Dr. Williams and the best way I can describe my visit … it was like hanging out with an old friend. He was very comfortable to talk to and he listened. Yes, like actually paid attention to what I said, and listen to every word. It was extremely refreshing. I have been dealing with stomach issues for many years and have seen many different doctors. I feel very confident that Dr. Williams will help me find some relief.

Dr. Williams was very cordial and informative at my visit. He had done an endoscopy a few weeks ago, and I had no bad side effects at all. He was very thorough in explaining my diagnosis and did not rush through it. If you're looking for a good gastroenterologist, I would definitely recommend Dr. Williams.

I have been here for five years and I have been looking for a permanent GI doctor. Dr. Williams made me feel like I was being listened to and understood for the first time.

Dr. Williams was great. He figured out what was wrong with me after 30 years of being misdiagnosed. The medicine he put me on was life changing.

I was unhappy with my previous GI doctor who was never available for an appointment and refused to allow me to go to another provider in that office. I was given a diagnosis and treatment plan over the phone with no consultation or input from me, the patient.

I went for a second opinion at the advice of a friend with Dr. Williams at Gastroenterologist Associates. My appointment was scheduled within a few days at 8 AM. I was concerned as a new patient that I might be there all day filling out paperwork. To my surprise the receptionist instantly checked me in and before I could return to my seat Dr. Williams’s nurse called me into a room and she filled out a minimal amount of paperwork and in minutes Dr. Williams came into the room. He told me he had done his homework on my medical records and we discussed his opinion on my diagnosis and he presented several plans of actions for me to choose from.

I have yet to start my treatment plan but will after family visits for the holidays.

I can assure anyone considering going to Gastroenterologist Associates that from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the phlebotomist the entire staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. I also feel like Dr Williams has my best interest in mind and feel totally comfortable with trusting my medical care with him and everyone at Gastroenterologist Associates.

Dr Williams is an excellent dr…he has been my GI doc since 2018 and if I had my way I would never go anywhere else. I have had 3 endoscopies and a colonoscopy preformed by him and he kept me at ease every time

Dr. Williams is caring and listens. He has been able to help with my gastric problems where others have failed. The staff is attentive, calling after procedures to check in on you. I would highly recommend this practice.
