Very helpful staff, i had bought some markers for my son and they did not work properly, i called asked if i could exchange them, they said yes and had new ones waiting for me when i got there! Thank you so much!

Well stocked store. Some of what I wanted was sold out but the employees were working hard to refill them.

The store is stocked for Christmas. We dropped in for one item but as usual we bought more items. They have a wide selection of crafting paper and card stock.

I really like this Michaels! The staff is great and they don't follow you around, making you feel funny like you are a criminal and are about to steal a sharpie or a roll of ribbon.
Then I found a tray I could use for my laptop but I couldn't tell if it was 4.99 or. 99 (which actually it was like 12.99 but I didn't know at the time) and the manager approved it for. 99! And since I'm tight on money I really appreciated it! So if they keep up this great customer service I will 5 star them for as long as I will remember to.

Everything you need all in one place, I love it! It has a pretty fair selection of materials.

The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable. I know nothing about crafts and they helped me figure out oil paints and canvases for a Christmas gift. The store is exceptionally clean and features a multitude of items for every project. I never realized how much this store has to offer until I walked through the doors!

This store was not as good as I remember from previous stops. It's been a little while and it's looking more run down. Flooring and fixtures are showing their age. The aisles were crammed with stuff and people were pushing through. It wasn't even that busy. It was difficult to navigate and frustrating to get through. Of course they're short staffed and the lines were long. Cute stuff though.

Liked the Thanksgiving decor (what little there was) Nothing really NEW about Christmas decorations.

It was all good. I was expecting prices closer to joanns and hobby lobby but no such luck. People were kind.

I feel fortunate that the Michael's near me had just what I needed. I was looking for autumn leaves in 6' strands and they had a large amount of them on sale. I'm so happy I went there when I did.

Wide variety of things to choose from. And the employees were very nice and helpful. I recommend it.

Couldn't find what I was looking for, but they found it in the back and wheeled it out to my car.

Didn't have what I was looking for, but picked up a 10 oz bag of Wiley Wallaby red licorice, and it cost $8! Normally costs $3 or less, even at convenience stores. Ridiculous ripoff.
