Michaels, Lee's Summit MO

I looked for a frame for a print. I had the most amazing associate helping me. She tried lots of frames and never complained or looked frustrated. That's what I call great customer service!

This is one of my favorite stores. I'm a crafter from the heart. I can find most items I need plus more.

Their prices are comparable to other crafts stores. Their selection isn’t as big as the store is somewhat small. It’s very well organized and stocked. No empty spaces on the shelves which tells me that their employees aren’t afraid to do work.lol I was helped by Gavin who showed me around and helped talk me through what I was doing and what my best options were. I’m glad I stopped to check it out rather than going to my usual place. I will be coming back!

It's a nice craft store with lots of different things for different craft projects or decorations. Staff is friendly as well. You need to play the coupon game to maximize your savings as usually their shelf prices are higher than they need to be.

Its alright, about the same as any other Michael's. Useful for general craft stuff, less useful if you need actual high quality, professional paints or art supplies. We went looking for a hot glue gun and had a hard time locating them, but eventually found what we needed

Found exactly what I was looking for; Halloween tree ornaments! Also, crafts supplies to make some Halloween decorations with the grandkids.

If there was something I could choose lower than a one star I would choose it. Not only this store, but Michael's as a company is a HUGE disappointment. Why would they offer same day delivery charge you $9.99 not show up.this has happened several times to me. This week I needed supplies for projects and ordered early Monday morning never arrived. Called customer service not once but two different times today. Both representatives lied and said someone was on the way. Again never showed up
They said they use instacart. I find it amazing I can instacart something from Michael's pay around four times more and it arrives no problem. I am so upset with this company and myself for giving them more chances. I WILL NOT make this mistake again. They shouldn't offer services if they are not competent to fulfill their obligations.

Cashiers helpful.im disabled they helped take package to car. And helped a friend do her return. But their on phone CS needs looking at. Couldn't do a online cancel at store. Even though item wasn't even in shipping status.

There was a great selection of items. We got yarn amd beads. There are all kinds of crafts, flowers and decorations. They have good sales if you catch them at the right time.
The store was clean. The area is safe. The employees were polite and professional. The Cashier was patient as we searched for a coupon. It is a great place to run in, grab what you need and go.

Great store with a great supply of products for lots of different crafts and hobbies. The employees are awesome! They're always polite and helpful. They seem happy to work there which is a sadly rare thing anymore. I would give 5 stars if some prices of card making / scrapbooking supplies were more competitive with other big box stores.

They don't have very much merchandise. I was looking for some felt and they did not have any. They had maybe 30- 40 different bolts of all types of fabric. Not a big selection.

Great place where I buy miniatures for my fairy garden. One of the few places you can still use coupons to help costs.

Love me some paint markers & chalk markers and anything else that I can get all creative with

They don't always have exactly what I want but If I don't have time to wait for an online order to arrive, I can usually find something comparable at Michael's.
I really miss their 40% off coupons, not nearly as good of deals the last couple of years.
