Craft Store Michaels reviews
15Definitely a must go to if you like fall decor! They also had everything I needed to make jewelry! Not to mention they have a wide variety of stone and glass beads! We are here often!
I shop at this store for certain items. There are things they stock that you can't readily find elsewhere. I stopped by on this occasion and was disappointed, but not surprised that they didn't have what I was looking for. Overall, this is a good place for crafters, etc.
Store was clean and organized and the staff was polite and helpful. The parking lot was a bit difficult to navigate as it connects with other businesses in an awkward manner.
I believe they have the best selection and the best prices of any other craft store in town I buy everything I use for my craft ther.
Great selection of products, knowledgeable staff. None of the judgment that you'll find at the other "Hobby" store in town.
Not a big fan of Michaels.
I stop by to compare some prices on cricut supplies with Hobby Lobby and Wal-Mart.
No question, Michaels is hire priced. Walked the store to see other stuff and I'm just not impressed. Prices are high and things look to be less quality than competitors.
Been in the store maybe 4 or 5 times and I don't remember finding or buying anything.
Not impressed.
Well stocked and friendly. My goto store for all things craft.sad to see them pushing us to use self checkouts.
Fabolous store! Fabolous employees! So helpful! Friendly! And they where doing the best job I've seen done in a long time. 5*****
It just seems like the variety and quality of their stock are diminishing. More pre-made and less raw, ready to create with items.
My wife likes shopping here for her crafts and house decorating. Plus, the employees here are very much appreciated for all they do.
Great place for Art and craft supplies. Excellent customer service while shopping and while checking out.
I just purchased a Cricut, and Michael's has some great stuff for it. Since I am new to this craft, it is very nice to see everything in person instead of online. Also, I picked up 3 great photo albums! Love their sales.
7/13/23 Edit: I still love Michaels. When they first put in the self checkouts, I was irritated. HOWEVER, they have employees (plural) WORKING with the customers (not just standing around). They provide excellent service, still make us feel appreciated as customers, and provide help and support. It also makes check out much quicker because they have multiple stations, which are easy to use.
I have been in several times recently and have been impressed each time!
Definitely not what it used to be. The prices are high and the "sales" aren't that great in comparison to other crafting stores. It's a real disappointment compared to how Michael's used to be but occasionally you can get some great buys. Just not my go to craft supply store anymore.
Drove from Fayetteville Arkansas to shop here.
It was worth the drive. I did a lot of shopping! And will be back again. Hopeful that N. W. Arkansas will get a store one day.
I was really disappointed in the yarn selection. Michaels used to be my go to for yarn. But not only was the area where yarn is kept smaller, many items were out of stock
