Micro Center, Brentwood MO

My God those people are helpful. Not only did they take me right to the part i needed but on the way another customer asked them a question & they got him real help without breaking stride.

I ordered an IPAD for pickup and drove the 30 minutes to my local microcenter. When I got there I was told that me reservation had been canceled and they were out of stock on my item. They did offer to sell me a more expensive ipad or an open box version of the Ipad I wanted for $20 less than the new Ipad I ordered. Save yourself the time and just order from a real store.

Came in to buy a laptop, they very limited selection of cases. When I went to check out card reader was not working correctly, cashier told me he had issues with all day. I'm also a manual wheelchair user and due to the height and lack of adjustment I can't even see the cardreader which I explained. So my card declined due to not reading correctly, I explained it should work but rather then offering to try running it again he just told me I must be over my credit limit in a pretty condescending manner. Purchased a comparable laptop with more memory for the same amount online about 30 minutes later on the same card with no issues.

It had very good price pc and more it was very tech friendly very knowledgeable about there investment

Built a computer from scratch bought thru Micro center.wanted to do a simple upgrade, to expand my memory and get a larger SSD.they were helpful then.went to the build it center. They didn't even want to talk to me.the person I was talking to interrupted our conversation 4 times in 5 minutes to talk to other people. Instead of helping me he said just buy a new computer and directed me elsewhere.very unprofessional

Very reliable place for your computer needs. Warranty system makes me worry so much less about finding the right working parts.

I live at mircocenter! The fact that they price match most already discounted sites like Newegg and are local means everything. It keeps me from ordering anything online. Their computer component crew in the back of the store really know thier craft! It's a great place for an enthusiast!

EXCELLENT customer service. My wife and I went and were helped by Brendan S. He listened to our computer needs, showed us several options that fit, and explained WHY in detail. Great educational experience, no pressure from him at all. Will definitely buy from microcenter again

Super super helpful and got everything I needed. Purchased 2 portable monitors to take with me on trips. Needed to make sure my laptop would be compatible and asked for assistance. They let me set up at the help desk and the associated found all the parts necessary so I was up and running before leaving the store. Thanks for the great experience

I have been to a couple different Microcenter stores. Unfortunately this one is the worst one I've been to. The store is unorganized with bins full of random parts. It seems well staffed but the staff is not helpful. I've been to this one a few times and never had an associate ask if I needed help, they randomly walk around or can be found in front of the store smoking. This store needs some desperate help.

I get all my computer parts here, I've built 2 computers from Microcenter alone. They are the best of the best when it comes down to it.

Floor staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Would have been five stars if Jack the cashier would have pretended like he was glad I came.

A man could get into trouble here if he doesn't have a list in mind of exactly what he needs. Oh my Lord this place is amazing!

I absolutely love microcenter! Excellent products and great prices; a lot of these components are not available in store anywhere else. There is an elephant in the room that needs to be addressed and that is the blaring country music. Just why? During my last visit it was so bad I had to leave before I could even make it to check out. Please stop with the country music so I can safely enter without needing hearing protection.

Employees laughed in my face when I asked them a question about a sata connector. I've been to multiple microcenters around the country and this location has been the most unhelpful.

Used to be a nice place to shop but recently I've had a bad experience with being told I couldn't use my $5 off $30 retail me not coupon because someone had already used it WHICH WASN'T ME or anyone I knew.

This is a great place to just walk around and get ideas for a new computer or to check out parts for building a new machine. They have some really good sales and the staff is very knowledgeable. This store is huge, check them out online then go in and walk around. You can spend a few hours just looking at parts, laptops, tablets and accessories.

Salesman talked us out of spending $400. He tried to convenience us that a green screen was 5 inches tall.the products we were buying were a low quality for the price. The store was disorganized, but had a lot to offer.

Super helpful staff. Repair center is amazing. Had quite the debacle with a pc and they fixed it gloriously.
