Just an update, finally after days of email conversation, Mid America waved the "insufficient claim".

Insurance FRAUD, so After emailing with Sarah that asked for contact, Mid America Logistics still could not provide any photos of "damages flowers" or documentation of the claim, also threatening to deduct the money from our contract which lawfully is a crime. Never booking with this company again, it looks like after You deliver a load they can take the product and sale it and ask You to cover the costs.

This is company is a joke! We delivered a load of flowers for Aldi for mother’s day. The load was very nicely packed, with no chance to flip, yet we get marked and claimed for one rack of flowers. We provided pictures to claims department providing the case. Mid America would not provide any pictures of broken racks on our trailer yet they are trying to claim for it and treating not to pay out for the load. Never booking with this broker again

AVOID TO BOOK A LOADS WITH THEM. THEY DONT PAY. YOU WILL SEND 100 EMAILS WITH STATUS OF PAYMENT AND YOU GET THE RESPOND THAT THEY NEED TO SEND FOLLOW UP EMAIL. EVERY TIME IS SAME STORY AND IT GOES NOWHERE.

Don’t work with them please guys. They doesn’t pay. They make issues when ever need to pay. I booked load with this company broker jerry when I booked they said 4 drops but shipper said it has 5 drops even they didn’t pay me for extra drop or they making issues first they said po no is missing and after one month they asking another po number every time I solved every issue but after that they didn’t pay me yet it’s been 8 months and accounting team is so rude they have no sense to talk with anyone. Please guys be safe don’t do work with mid America logistics you are going to waste your time money and gas they will not pay you.

As we all know, Mid America very pretty bad reviews.
I had bad experience with Leonel Sauceda. He books loads that he has no delivery appointments for. He is a sweet talker but B. S.
I will not book a load with him again.

I have sent a request for detention. I was told by kyle nunn. Submit and will be notified within 24 hrs

Never work with sketchy brokers and they are one! They will pull a load out from under you if thwy feel you wont make ur apt even if you have plenty of time to get there. Thats just dirty! Things are bad enough in this business with having to deal with brokers like this! I will never use them again for anything.

Called to book/inquire about a load, broker picked up and hung up right away. Called back a couple minutes later to negotiate a rate as one would for any other load, and before another word could be said I was rudely cut off by the broker hanging up on me. We’ve been in the trucking business 23 years, and have yet to encounter an unprofessional company as this one, until today.

Do not do business with these people, just a bunch of liars that won’t care or value your time

Lied about having an appointment so I had to sit around all day to be a work in and only to find out from the company delivering at common occurrence for these guys to do that

I asked for the receiver name & address before booking and he refused to provide info. I advised him that as a carrier I have every right to know where I am going because there's places where they don't respect the carrier's clock. He responded "this business is not if you like or don't like" and hung up. Extremely unprofessional!

Driver got the receiver this morning to deliver a load they the place was closed until 1700pm. They told him to be there around 0400-0700am that wasn't the case operating hours from 5pm to 12pm on Sunday. Bad part about this they not answer the phone after calling to check the eta 15mins earlier. Bad business practices from this company.

Booked a load with Kyle ex: 7138
received rate con, after 45 minutes broker Fernanda advised that this load is for a Reefer and not a van. What a waste of time!
This was confirmed multiple times by Kyle that it was for a Van, on the rate con showed van
and after 45 minutes and driver started heading to the shipper, they advised that its for a reefer and nothing can be done to change that.
Zero compensation and best yet, they are not ignoring all my calls and emails!
Book at your OWN RISK!

Please don't believe this company. They will not pay you detention even if they agree that they fail to turn on their trucking app. We submitted all required paperwork, and we have email to prove it but still denied.

This broker is ridiculous. They called me 2 mins after I accept the rate con from their website saying they find another carrier for my load for $300 cheaper and asking me if I want to take the lower rate or take me out of the load. And they won't even pay you TONU. Just can not believe they are still in business.
