Mid Rivers Appliance reviews
7Great shop, I have been sending my family there for years and reffering folks there.
Nice people. Family owned and operated. This was my second purchase from them.
I was referred to Mid Rivers by a friend and was greeted by Jlo with patience and understanding. She was kind enough to listen to my concerns and the struggle I was having in the choices in washing machines. I had been without a washer for about two weeks and she ensures my purchase was added to the delivery route and installed within 2 days rather than 2 weeks out like other stores. The delivery was timely and quick and any questions I had after purchase were answered Amazingly. I will be in the market soon for a refrigerator and this is where I will return. Thank you Mid Rivers!
Always had great experience when desling with them. Found them to be very honrst snd just not out for your money. Very good refurbished washers & dryers too!
Great information without any pressure. Great products and service. Awesome delivery and setup.
I would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone! I was on a budget and got amazing deals on a French door fridge washer and dryer and delivered. JLo and her boys that delivered it all were so kind and helpful.
I was a customer for twenty years. Not anymore.
We purchased a used washer on January 3,2023. It stopped working and they replaced the transmission under their 90-day warranty (they said in all their years, they’d never seen a transmission go out). When I tried to do a load on the delicate and hand wash cycles a couple of weeks later, the low agitator did not work; the machine filled, sat still and silent for several minutes, then drained. It took several phone calls and a couple of weeks for them to come pick it up (they picked it up on 2/28), and a week and a half went by with no word from them despite our calls to inquire about the status. On 3/9, a man called my husband and verbally berated him for "wasting their time" because there was “nothing wrong with the machine” (I have video of it doing nothing on those low agitator cycles). The man refuses to return the washer to us (we paid for it and it is our property, so I’m not sure this is even legal), saying he’s “done with us” and that he will only provide a partial refund. He hung up on my husband without letting him speak or telling us how or when the refund would be processed. Since we are being deprived of our property, we are entitled to a full refund. We are filing a credit card dispute and complaints with the BBB and Missouri Attorney General's office.
