I've been to Midas about three or four times I've always had great service. JJ the manager is always very friendly very good about giving you quotes and estimates and keep it up with your car letting you know if it's almost done or it's going to take a little longer. Great customer service. Also the men that works there are very friendly too. I've always had great service

Called for an appointment and got in the next day. JJ the manager, explained the repairs and kept the repair cost very reasonable. I highly recommend Midas on St. Louis St for all of your exhaust repairs.

We’re able to find my problem within 15 mins. The staff are very friendly and informed me about all the parts that are going into my vehicle and what was necessary to be fixed. Overall would highly recommend:).

I brought in a very flat tire. I was meant by a worker in the parking lot who asked how he could help and showed me where to go. He was kind, smart, and helpful. The manager at the desk took my information and ordered a tire for me right there. He said it would be ready that afternoon. They called me when it was ready. After work I picked it up. It was affordable, and the guys were friendly. I was in nice work clothes and a man asked to carry the tire to my ride waiting in the parking lot. Awesome service! I totally recommend them to everyone!

Got car in immediately and was ready in half an hour. Cost was very fair. Manager was very helpful. Will return.

Brought them my 2011 BMW 328i along with a performance muffler I purchased outside of the store. They had it done in 2 hours no appointment needed!

I was able to look over the weld and listen to the new noise with their specialist before leaving the lot. I even got a check up text a few days after my service! Quality shop and service!

I have used the St Louis St location several times for performance upgrades, exhaust headers, throttle body, CV Axels, Ball Joints, Steering components, Exhaust, etc. I have always been satisfied and will continue to use them.

Two of my tires were going flat. They were able to get me in, show me what was wrong and order me new tire that same day. Since it would be a few hours before the tires would be delivered they made sure I was good and safe to drive and even told me to call for help if I had trouble getting back. Tires show up on time and they got them changed and even did my oil change. Everyone there was super kind and helpful. I highly recommend them and will be going back in the future.

They replaced the headlight, and then a couple days later they did the wheel barring, alignment, and ball joint. Car drives great, such a smoother ride now.

Thank you, JJ! This Midas location provided great service for my car. I have an older vehicle & had issues with other car repair/service shops. JJ was very knowledgeable & informative. Really appreciate his explanations to help me understand the problem. They are busy but always polite & considerate. Great auto shop!

Had my tires rotated three months ago at this Midas location. When to remove the tires to do some work on my own and was unable to remove multiple lug nuts on my rear tires. I even got a lug nut extractor and breaker bar and was still unable to get them to budge. Called midas and talked to Shawn, I explained that I suspected they had over torqued the nuts. Shawn said to bring it back in and they would take them off. When I showed up, Tony seemed none to eager to help me after I explained the issue. I walked out with the service tech to show him the lugs in question. He immediately told me there would be a service fee to take the lugs off. I told him I would not be paying for them to take the lugs off. We went back inside to discuss it with Tony. Without even seeing the car, Tony told me that the lugs were swollen and that that wasn’t their fault. They agreed to take a look at it anyway and I reiterated that I would not being paying a service fee. They attempted, unsuccessfully, to get the lugs off with a impact gun. Tony came back in and told me that the lugs were indeed swollen and wasn’t their fault. Which is odd because I had already remove the chrome casing, the part that swells, off the lug so I’m not sure how he came to that conclusion. I told him that was fine and they could take my car off the lift and I would take it somewhere else to have any more work done. Both Tony and the technician became surly and rude at that point, telling me that they were only trying to help me and anywhere else in town would also charge to take the lugs off. I’ve taken my vehicles there for years and always had decent service but no more. I will pay twice what they charge if it means never dealing with these rude and incompetent people again

Today I thought my serpentine belt was busted and one of the mechanics drove my car with me in it to see what noise I thought I heard. These guys will literally drop everything to help their customers. I will always be a loyal customer and I just love how amazing they all are!
