Nick replaced our Honda Pilot cat converter, all four brakes at a very reasonable price. The service was great. I totally recommend to my friends and family.
One thing about Midas, if there is a misunderstanding, they correct it and give great customer service. More businesses should follow this model.

Took my car in for a oil change then I had a check engine light on found out what was the problem was and was quoted $1000 something dollars basically easy pay finance is charging me every other week for some work Midas never did my light came back on the next day. I will never go or refer anyone they getting over on women but further more the mechanics don’t know jack what’s really making me mad is the finances charges easy pay finance is charging is terrible

Took car to get fixed because it was running hot picked car up and before I got 5 mins away car stopped. The next day it wouldn't start.

NICK needs to remember he is a franchise owner so there is still someone above you sir. All that snickering about how you’re not going to assist in my complaint wasn’t called for…. BAIT and SWITCH
Called to confirm pricing 2 times and was quoted 1 price. I specifically called back to ask if this included a certain service and was told yes. I called back the day of my appointment to see if I could get an earlier appointment and was told yes. I bring my vehicle in and it’s not looked at until the initial time so 3 hours after my arrival. Mind you I told them I had a leak but needed a test done to see where it was coming from. Alex advised the day before the price given included a dye test. I get a call telling me iI’ll need to pay $260 for them to tell me where the leak is coming from with the dye test. I tell Nick (the owner) that I was quoted a different price and instead of listening he spoke over me and said “if you don’t want me to do the service then I won’t. ” Cool, of course you can’t get my money with a bait and switch. I call corporate and go to pick my car up. Corporate told me someone will be in touch as I want the call pulled, Nick told me to call back for the owner which is him as if it was cute. Then Nick lied and said Alex was not in training. You could have just explained that he was in training and gave me incorrect information but instead chose to lie and say he did want to serve people like me. Mind you, I never yelled or cursed (except once) at this man but I’m in the wrong. Complete waste of my time.
New owner was nice and the price was better then the dealers and the they work in a timely manner
