Used to be great reliable service until the previous staff who are the only workers I trust to do repairs on my car were probably too expensive for whomever took over the store.

Great, reliable service. Won't take my car anywhere else. The manager Andre was friendly and helpful and didn't recommend any unnecessary repairs. Tom can also always be depended on to make sure my car is fixed and I never need to come back for the same problem.

0 stars. This place used to be amazing and great customer service but they recently went under new management and now this place sucks. They lied to me about pricing, didn’t replace a part they were asked to replace and it seemed like the new employees were on something and rude. The only good thing about Midas was Madison (front desk) she’s been there for the past 2 years ive been going to this location she’s probably been there even longer but i was just informed that she was fired. This place has lost itself, definitely trying a new location or overall a new company in general. Very disappointed you just lost a loyal customer.

Great customer service for Madison and phenomenal work by mechanic Tom Baldwin. I am 100% loyal to midas.

Great service not to mention they got me in and out when I was told to expect at least two hours for the job to completed.

UPDATE: they are down to one technician and still make magic work. I can’t believe the amount of effort these folks put in to make it happen. Thank you guys for everything guys!

1st time here and what a great experience. Staff friendly and they did a great job replacing my spark plugs in a timely manner. Highly recommend and will definitely be back

Everyone here was responsive and kind when we had an unexpected blowout, they were able to get us back on the road within the hour, when other places said it could take days

Midas Muffler on Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters, Mo is my go-to place for auto maintenance and repairs. I’ve used their services for almost 20 years and was never sorry. I feel they are honest and friendly. I have never felt pressured or uncomfortable with their work or charges. I feel blessed that I found a trustworthy shop.

We were traveling back to Iowa from Tennessee, and started having issues with my struts. We were stranded in Illinois for a night where a mobile mechanic claimed he fixed the issue. That was not the case, we then were stranded in St. Peters, Missouri for a night. The next morning Midas was very welcoming and helpful. Since I had just had my struts replaced before or trip, thankfully they were under warranty! They were so kind and even did the service for free! Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend to anytime!

After my vehicle failed the safety and emissions test they tried selling me a muffler before they would diagnose a 0420 code that was showing up. They basically wanted to charge about a thousand dollars for the muffler, then charge another hundred for the diagnostic after installing the muffler. I ended up going up the street for second opinion and the other shop said I didn't need a muffler that it was just the catalytic converter that was the cause of the code and didn't charge me for diagnosing the issue. In short don't take their word on something, it may save you from buying something you didn't need.

The front desk person Madison was so sweet, nice and had such a pleasant personality even when delivering bad news.

Very very nice business all of the employees are super nice took my vehicle and locked it up inside for the night so I wouldn't have to worry about it took care of me first thing that morning will return again for oil change and repeated business

The team at this location is extremely helpful and accommodating. Came in for a code that I thought would be timing chain. They did a full diagnostic and even double checked all the sensors and turned out to be something simple. Very honest and willing to go out of their way to help you. Will definitely recommend.
