They're real great with doing the emissions testing, I've been going to them for both of my cars for a few years now for this testing, I was there for a little bit and than out in time to get my plates done within the same day.

They are rude and they don’t honor their own coupons. I sent my daughter here to get a wheel alignment and oil change, I had coupons for both: $59.99 for wheel alignment and $19.99 for oil change. When my daughter tried to present the coupons, she was told not to worry about it because they had already been applied. Looking at the bill upon her return, I noticed that she was charged $69.99 for the wheel alignment instead of $59.99 so I called them. I tried to explain that my daughter tried to present the correct coupon to be applied but it was refused, it even stated this location on the coupon. The guy on the phone rudely exclaimed that they don’t have to accept any coupons and he just used the one they had in their system. He didn’t offer to correct the issue or show any concern whatsoever. I will never do business here again, there are so many other places that would have treated us like valued customers.

I went to Midas for the first time about a week ago to get my tire plugged.i forgot the man’s name who took care of me, but i came in 30 minutes before they close and he was more than happy to help.he was very friendly, fast and efficient.usually i dread going to get anything done to my car, but this time i left with a smile on my face.i will definitely be returning!

Called at about 230 to see if they could possibly squeeze me in for an inspection that day.the day before my tags were up.that old story. Got there a little before 4 and was out the door to the license office at 415 then had myself legal with the MO DOR by 5. Did me a big solid. Props.

This was a clean Midas staff was pleasant and professional Service was rendered accurate and quickly.

I made an appointment for 8 am to get an oil change done. I arrived at 7: 55 shortly after checking in and dropping off handing over my keys another customer walked in without an appointment to get an oil change done. The mechanic took his keys and immediately pulled his car in to do the oil change on his car first. They did not pull my car into the garage until 9 and were not finished till a few minutes past 10. I'm sure the work they did on my car was quality work but pulling a walk in front of my reserved time defeats the purpose of making reservations in the first place and is poor customer service.

They are quick and easy to work with, but as per usual with a chain mechanic the prices seem high.

We spoke on the phone to get some info on services and he was very professional and helpful. We were able to get our car in right away and they did a great job and even got the job done faster than quoted! They also had the best prices around, as usual! We couldn't be happier with Sunset Hills Midas!

Went to this location approximately two weeks ago to get a throttle body sensor changed, and my check engine light is already back on. Now im out $750.00. Same issue, and I will not be returning to this location ever.

I love this location! They are all so helpful, honest, and kind. Darren and Bryan are my go to guys, thank you for all you do!

This Midas Auto Repair Store didn't give me an estimate for more $2000.00 on our 2002 Dodge Stratus for repair it didn't need but a few years back I WENT TO THE MEHLVILLE STORE ON Lemay Ferry Road and that new pink manager did DO NOT DEAL WITH PUNK LIARS WHO CARE NOT ABOUT THE COMPANY OWN NOR THE FELLOW EMPLOYEES NOR THE CUSTOMERS

Wonderful! I showed up at Midas at 5: 20pm to get brake pads done. Darren said they were up to the task. I then realized that they closed at 6, and I told him I could come back tomorrow, if that were better for him. And, he told me that they were willing to try. By 5: 54pm, I was actually pulling out of their lot with new brakes and pads installed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The Midas gentlemen did a great job taking care of me and my car. I had brake problems and they were able to analyze it, give me a fair estimate, and did the repair in a timely manner. They even told me that the sway bars in my car needed to be replace and took care of that too! Because I could not wait too long and had to get to work, they drove me my place of business. Great customer service! Thank you so much!

I knew when I walked in, I was in the right place. 100 miles from home and discovered my fuel line, was seriously leaking. Darren and his staff got it fixed in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

I have a wheelchair accessible van that the exhaust drug on everything. The place I bought the van from nor the manufacturer of the conversion could help me. I had rubbed a hole in the exhaust from it dragging too much. I took it to the Watson road Midas and they were able to fix my problem in about a hour and a half and it cost under $200 and that included a safety and emission inspection. Thank you Midas you guys are awesome!
