Anthony and Jon came out and explained the entire process of replacing our deck. They were very upfront with pricing and willing to work within our budget. More importantly, neither were high pressure sales people. They allowed me and my wife multiple opportunities to ask questions and to discuss options between ourselves. If you're considering home improvements, you should consider giving these guys a call.

The product is great. The windows are very sturdy and have blocked all of the previous draft we were experiencing. Within the next few days we noticed that we were not constantly running our heat to keep the house warm like we were previously. Unfortunately, our blinds no longer fit into the window frame like they were previously, and that would have been a great thing to know during the sales pitch.

While the salesman was very professional, he stayed for far too long when we needed to get kids to bed.

Overall the product is great and the installation was done quick and professionally. The crew was very courteous and even took their shoes off when they entered out house.

Met Tyler at a wedding exbo downtown who gave us a flyer and a coupon to get us in touch with someone from midtown to come out. John Farley came out today and was very professional and did a great job at helping us get to a point where we can afford the project! Would 10/10 recommend them and this company to everyone I know!

Midtown sent out Doug Carrillo and Noe. They were a pleasure to work with, good communicators and wanting to please. They even shoveled my driveway when it snowed. I am very proud of my new deck!

This company has been leaving flyers on our door for a few years and I frankly have not thought about them aside from tossing the flyer in my recyling. This time, though I actually spoke with their canvaser in my driveway and learned they do doors, and the timing was perfect because we were in the market.

A few nights later Bob Miller came by and worked with my wife to determine what we wanted for our doors. He came out late on Wednesday to try to accomidate our schedules, unfortunatly I missed him because I also have to work late. That said, he did a great job listening to my wife, something I know can be a problem in the home improvement industry!

Leading up to the install the office was great with communicating about the steps and when the install had to be postponed they communicated that clearly. The reschedule actually worked out better for us anyway, and the crew came out on Jan 2, an observed holiday to make up for the illness on our original install date. The two guys who came out were very professional, demonstrated a strong attention to detail, and wound up working close to 7 hours with no breaks because our doorways were giving them lots of trouble because of house settling. I geuninely felt bad for them and sincerely hope they both found a way to sneek something in to eat somewhere in there. The finished product is beautiful and the doors are impressive. Nice touch is that even the storm doors are keyed the same as the inner door locks.

We got new windows through Anthony Chamberlain to replace the original 50 year windows. He was extremely personable and never put any pressure on us to buy. Additionally, he spent 4 hours doing our consultation to ensure we felt comfortable with all the decisions and pricing. Furthmore he brought in a Triple Pane window sample and demonstrated the windows energy efficiency and we were sold.

Great sales team! We met Tyler at a wedding expo and he was extremely friendly so we set up the appointment. John Farley was the rep that came to our door. He stayed for several hours to be able to answer all of our questions and really made sure that we were okay with everything proposed. Getting a nice, new vinyl fence!? A+

Jon Farley came out and walked us through every aspect of the business as well as installation. I feel very prepared and excited to get a fence with Midtown.

Very professional and in tune with our needs and wants. Listened to our desires and encouraged us to think sbout several options to offer us a realistic snapshot of whst we truly wanted. Midtown remodeled my deck in April. The deck looks amazing! The crew was very helpful with any questions and the staff was very responsive.

Drew and John were very professional and informative. They were able show us options and design a patio cover that my wife and I agreed upon. Drew also spent the extra time to get us the best possible deal! I am looking forward to getting our new patio!

Mr. Brandon Boyd was our agent that was very kind and showed to be a 5 star professional not just explain our new fence but we asked specifically for him because he helped us with our patio deck as well, Brandon showed all the ways this product would be good for us. We had been thinking about getting our windows replaced for about three years but hadn’t done any serious research. Then yesterday, we had a gentleman knock on our door with a flyer for window installation and coupon and thought, why not?
We met with Anthony today to get the first of what we thought would be at least three bids for new windows for the top floor of our house. A couple of hours later, we had signed a contract and written a check for a down payment.
And here is why: Anthony was courteous, detailed, well versed in the products, not pushy and had answers to the many questions I asked. Additionally, he came prepared with documentation that promoted my confidence in the integrity and longevity of the company, as well as comparisons to other companies in the industry. So far, so good!

I don't do reviews, but in this case it is well deserved. We live in Greenwood Missouri and had a deck replacement done. The people of MIdtown Home Improvements Kansas City and their sub-contractor have been great! I want to recognize Bob Miller and Caleb Frielie, their sales work in presenting all of the various deck options was excellent. Once the work started Kevin Perkins the Project Manager and Bailey Bechtel the Project Assistant were quick to cover any questions and monitor the whole "build" process. I want to put out a special recognition to Kirt Smotherman, the sub contractor. His work was impeccable. From "tear down" to "new build", his efficiency and attention to detail was amazing. Kudos to the whole team. I highly recommend Midtown Home Improvements to anybody considering having a deck built or replaced. I am sure that the quality of work shown here, extends to any Home Improvement that they are involved in. Thanks again to everybody involved.

Jon Farley was on time friendly and listened to what we were looking for. I highly recommend! He was able to show samples of the quality of decking products so we could choose the best option.

Door to door sales men were rude people I told them no I don’t want to and there only response was to shake their heads like upset and say so you’re just gonna wait for the market to get expensive got ya and left. If you wanted me to remember you and maybe come back if I did need to make any improvements yall definitely got me remembering how rude your employees are.

I contracted with Midtown Home Improvements to install vinyl siding in January 2021. It was installed and completely paid for in April 2021. Since then, because of improper installation, every time there are windy conditions, siding comes loose. When the siding is re- attached to the house, there are bubbles or waves and looks warped. This has happened several times. I never ever had this issue with my previous siding. (Not installed by Midtown) Every time I call to ask about getting this fixed because they have a ten year labor warranty, I keep getting the run-around. Somebody will call, they’ll get back to me…blah, blah, blah. All lies. Do NOT do business with this company. Contact someone else. It has been over a year since l asked them to repair another issue to which l offered to pay. They have absolutely no follow through and do NOT care about customer service in the least. I contacted the BBB in the hopes of getting a resolution. On November 4,2022, Midtown told them they would resolve the problem within two weeks when the product arrived and that they were keeping in touch with me. All lies. They have not once called me to resolve my problem. I waited and waited and waited. Then more than six weeks later, l contacted the Missouri Attorney General’s Office and told them of my problem. All of a sudden, the day after Christmas a kid shows up in a company pickup wandering around my property. When l let the dogs out, he finally came into the front yard. (Dogs did not attack, they are small breed and elderly). They was no call in advance that anyone was coming. In any case, he said he was trying to find the damage. So l go out and point and describe each place and ask if he sees it. He agrees that he does and then tells me it will be six weeks to order supplies. When l told him it has already been more than six weeks since l was told at the beginning of November that it would be done in two weeks, he repeated it would be six weeks. That now puts it into February what started on October 12,2022. I’ll update any resolution.
