Called Dave today with no cooling issues. It was supposed to be his day off. Instead he came out took a couple of customer calls on one of our hottest days of year. Showed up before he said and it fixed within 5 minutes. Part was under warranty which he takes care of where I didn't have to worry about. Charged for service call and labor only. He's got the best price on cleaning units on startup for the year only. You won't find anybody as reasonable as him.

This is a great company! Scheduling was easy and Greg was wonderful - professional, knowledgeable and just super nice. He got our washing machine to work and his cost estimate was accurate. Thank you so much!

Called them up, they gave me the first available appointment they had which was just a few days later.repair tech came out diagnosed the probably in a matter of 10-15 minutes. Ordered the part right in front of me. Put it on a few days later, took maybe 10 minutes. They don't mess around! Price was decent nothing crazy, repair tech was very nice and professional. I'll know who to call now for appliance repair. I highly recommend them!

Satisfied customer; knowledgeable; as soon as he looked at my refrigerator, he knew what was wrong and how to fix. Also; my freezer light wasn't working, he made sure it was fixed. This company was *horrible* to deal with. They first came out on 4/28/2023, diagnosed the issue and ordered parts. I did not have a tech back until 5/19/2023 at 6pm (over an hour past their time frame of 12-5) and my dishwasher is STILL broken. I was told by one of the ladies in the office that they COULD NOT schedule an appointment until parts had been delivered and could be tested to ensure they were in working order…. Yet a brand new part was put on my dishwasher and is defective? This was after I waited two weeks to even hear back from them after the first tech being here. (If all but one of a customers parts show up, maybe call and find out where the fourth is before they have to call you. It’s kinda your job)

If you want the run around, horrible customer service, techs that can’t show up with it a five hour window and your appliances to still not work when they’re done, then use this company!
Otherwise use literally anyone else. Your neighbors kid with his tonka tools would do a better job.

Dave was prompt at getting back with me. His quote was very reasonable. And was super fast at getting my mini splits ordered and setting up an appointment. They come in, made minimal mess and yet cleaned up any mess that was made. Very good at his job. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Dave.

They came out and fixed my antique double in-wall gas oven that you can't buy anymore for 1/10 the price to replace it good job

I called on Wednesday and was given an appointment for Friday morning. Technician called prior to arrival.
My dryer smelled like it was burning and was very hot on the top and in the back. The technician arrived and within 15 minutes he came and said there was a dryer sheet on the element he handed me the dryer sheet and you could see in 2 place where is was scorched. He was very professional and very polite. The cost was very reasonable! I will definitely use you all again when needed. Thank you!

Had an emergency where the water dispenser would not shut off. Your technician showed up so fast and was able to solve the problem and get the parts ordered. He did a great job helping us. Thanks so much.

Dustin was my technician and he was amazing. Very friendly and was very fast and efficient when repairing my dryer and patient while waiting for me to transfer the funds to pay him. I will most definitely call here for any future issues.

I had an issue with my dryer, called, and received next day service. Repairman - Mike - was professional and friendly. He was immediately able to diagnose and fix the problem in a prompt manner. Will be using this service again if the need arises in the future!

Midwest Repair came and took a look at my Samsung washing machine that quit working properly. They were straightforward with me and let me know what I was dealing with and didn’t try to promise me anything or sell me on anything. Let me know the cost of the repair and that it would probably make more sense to just buy a new washer, but gave me options in case I wanted to go with the repair

Super fast, super friendly. Had a broken drum and idler and it was fixed in under an hour.

I mistakenly used a repair place through Maytag because my oven is still under warranty until November 2023. I contacted them in early November 2022 but didn't get an appointment until the end of December, and the same issue occurred again March 2023. I called both the repair place and Maytag and was told they would have to charge me and I should have been charged for the first repair. They both denied my warranty and did not stand by their word or workmanship. I have used Midwest Appliance Repair on my other Maytag appliances when their warranties were done. I received an appointment right way. Greg removed the bottom cover in the oven which the other repairman did not and the heating element was about fried. The other repair place said it was the heat sensor. Greg is fantastic!

You can't appreciate how lucky we are to have such a great appliance service company locally until you've had to deal with AE Factory services. My experience with Midwest Appliance Repair was Prompt, Professional, and Extremely knowledgable service techs. They will be only call for service going forward.
