Midwest Auto Services reviews
12The dealership I purchased my car from left out the IDOD from the paperwork. Midwest was able to get me an IDOD inspection when I walked in last minute. It took 10 minutes, which gave me enough time to return to the DMV, and able to get my vehicle titled. Really appreciate them.
Called for a quote told they'll call me back never got one. Waited a week before leaving review
As honest as they come! Jim and his team inspected my car thoroughly and although they could have charged me a lot of money to fix what they saw on the surface (like other shops in the area already had), Jim actually told me that I should probably go car shopping! I had spent more than $1500 at two other shops in the past couple of months and I'm sure they would have nickel and dimed me for more. Not Jim! He lost a significant amount of money by recommending I shop for another vehicle. He earned my business from here out!
I can’t recommend this place enough! They have never steered us wrong always gotten us in asap and been completely honest and fair.
I have had my vehicles serviced by Midwest for several years. Although Their location appears small, their abilities exceed the larger competitor's. I always schedule my work and I appreciate the expected quality work. From my experience with them, they are above the normal repair shops I have used before.
Courteous staff and very efficient. Scheduled a Missouri state inspection and was in and out in under 30 minutes. 2 years later don't need to change my review! Once again a great experience.
These are high quality people. Honesty and thoughtfulness is a rare thing to come across in the auto repair business. I would recommend them regardless of how far you have to drive to get there.
Jim is an honest man and he explains things in detail that makes sense. His business has fair pricing and they do quality work!
I was going regularly for oil changes but when I had battery trouble they did see that the cable was not secure on there and only just tightened the nut on the cable. I also lost a nut lock that they possibly did not give back, it was no where to be in my Jeep. I will never be going back there.
Not the cheapest but honest and trustworthy. They always do a good thorough job in a reasonable amount of time
I have used Midwest on my Sons vehicles for several years. Jim and the staff are honest - do good work, only do what is needed, won’t sell you on what you don’t need, but will be honest about what should be done with vehicles. Jim came recommended to me by a trusted friend, who owns Porsche’s is SUPER particular, and Jim’s does his work. Anyway I never leave reviews but this business I can’t say enough positive things about the company. Jim just did some work for us, called me and said good news - what we thought was occurring, wasn’t actually happening, and thus we didn’t need to do X work saving us $450 in work that I was prepared to spend. They are just honest people. We need more businesses and people like Jim and Midwest Auto.
They have been working on our infiniti m56 and our Mercedes e63.we are very happy with their service.detailed, customer oriented and take all the time needed to explain your cars issues and repair process
