I technician was very kind and worked me into his schedule. He answered all of my questions & gave me good tips on basic maintenance of my system which I found to be very helpful.

Because heat was out in extreme cold their fast response was important to me. Unfortunately they had to find the part needed the next morning. But they did and replaced it that morning.

Have been using Midwest heating and cooling for multiple years now. Always have a positive experience and our technician Greg does a really great job.

-6 degrees outside on a Friday morning and our furnace quit operating! I was really expecting a few days wait for service, but Midwest was here within 4 hours! TJ diagnosed and repaired quickly and we were up and running! Been using Midwest for about 15 years and and this has consistently been our experience with them. We trust their knowledge and work ethic.

Humidifier service also. The service man was professional, on time, friendly and caring and did a great job in every way! We always call Midwest Heating and AC and have been using them for many years!

I've been Having Tim service our units for the past 6 years! He's awesome he always here on time he calls, he takes his time, respectful, friendly and make sure he does the best job. I only use Tim. Thank you for having a great worker they are very hard to find these days. He deserves to be recognized for his hard work.

I was really scared about being ripped off but instead I received great service! The young repairman’s name was Josh, he was friendly, professional and he explained everything to me and I truly appreciate it. I’m on a fixed income and was pleasantly surprised how reasonable Midwest was. I would recommend them 100%! In fact I was looking at everything they do and will be calling them again. I want to say thank you to Midwest and a special thank you to Josh!

My heat failed over the weekend, so I left a message for them to call me Monday morning. They called as soon as they opened and set me an appointment for 3 hrs later. Showed up on time, clearly was very knowledgeable about the heating system, and did the repair as fast and cheap as possible. Second time using this company, and it will definitely not be the last! I'll always call Midwest first for any HVAC issues.

Met to discuss several projects. Installation of utility sink in basement, installation of new faucets, water heater repair, etc. Plumber was professional, informative and offered good advice on products to buy and how best to proceed on different projects.

The service tech came out on a Sunday morning to repair our furnace. He was professional, on time, and got everything repaired in no time. I would highly recommend!

Midwest Heating and Cooling are wonderful! Our furnace went out on Tuesday evening and they were here on Wednesday at noon. Turned out to be our evaporator which they were able to get fixed in a matter of minutes.

The technician called ahead to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he didn't waste any time getting to work on my furnace. I thought the igniter had failed but the first thing he did was check the inlet pipe. It was blocked by leaves & as soon as he cleaned it out the furnace worked as advertised. The service agreement with Midwest is worth every penny.

Scott is an amazing technician that went way above and beyond to make sure our furnace is safe and working better than ever! He did a great job and is a very highly trained tech and a pleasure to work with!
