Having hemorrhoids treated is a humbling experience. Even though I feel as if I have to leave my “man card” at the desk when I check in, Dr. Betsy Clemens puts me at ease prior to the procedure. She does an excellent job of explaining the treatment process & was patient answering all of my questions. After the quick procedure is over, I wonder why I waited so long to see her. Thanks Dr. Clemens for making me feel comfortable during a humbling procedure.

Betsy uses extraordinary care and illustration to make sure her patient understands how hemorrhoids form and why, what severity is possible, and what procedures are possible for each. She then completes an examination, explains her findings, and makes suggestions for treatment. She is very honest and does not suggest unneeded treatment by herself or colleagues in the field. She is very friendly, yet professional. I will recommend her to my family and friends.
