I've made several orders from Midwest and others in the past year. Midwest has been the fastest to ship orders, and the ordered items have always arrived undamaged.

I love Midwest Model RR. They have inventory and great customer service. Buy all my stuff there.

I am using all N-Scale T-Track modules for the construction of my new railroad. The instructions were great and all the parts fit with ease and when finished was very solid. Very happy with my decision to use these modules. I already have placed an order for more.

I have used this outlet 4 times by mail order as I am located in Northern Ireland. It is flawless and the deliveries are quick and the items are well packed! Highly recommended.

Delivery from Midwest was always excellent, but the USPS is destroying your prompt delivery reputation. On previous deliveries I would receive merchandise in 48 hours or less. With the postal service it took 9 days.

My order was received quickly and saved some $$$'s with the flash sale, whats not to like! 4 stars is my usual, always save room for improvement.

Great place to shop for N scale and HO scale items. I've made several purchases and I'm very satified with them all.

The service that I get at Midwest is very good, friendly, great prices and speedy delivery.

So far so good. I ordered many items from Mountain Valley Scene to town, road and scenery pieces. I am building from scratch, so I need time to draw, build and assemble. The only down side is that upon receipt of good and reading the assembly instructions, in every case there is a list of required items not included. It would have been nice at the time of purchase if there was a pop up that listed additional items not included that I could have purchased then if I so desired. I am not frustrated but simply looking for tools to succeed with.

Very good service and gets to me fast. Always says in stock or not. Never have to wonder if it will ship or not. Can always get someone on the phone for questions.
